The cleaning overall was good, but unlike what their advertising says makes them different, the spots DO come back within a few days —-or at least many of them do. I also wonder whether the urine smell protection, which drove the price over $500, was even necessary.

They were quick, on time, very reasonable for price, and even the basic services removed the majority of stains. Would recommend and use again. A great value for the price!

Today we got our air duct and dryer vents cleaned out. I was able to see before and after photos and was pleased with the overall service!

We have hired Zerorez in the past and had been very happy. Today we scheduled the 3 room special and added a hall way for total of $150. I visited with service tech on the phone the day before and discussed a few pet spots and she told me those spots would an additional charge and how that would be addressed. Phone communication was great and today’s Technician called 20 min out and arrived early, friendly and professional. With our black light we showed him the pet stain concerns in each room after our daughter visited with her dog . We told him the upstairs carpet is under 2 years old and has upgraded pet pad backing . No one is residing upstairs so very low traffic . Downstairs master bedroom carpet is 8 years old but also has pet pad below. He noted the spots and I left to go to an appointment while husband remained at house . About a hour later I got home and technician was already gone . Total bill was $399. Additional charge of $70/room for “odor topical treatment “about 3 pet spots in each room. Our concern now is all the spots (none are huge) are still very visible with black light after cleaning and “pet treatment “done . My husband pointed this out to tech before he left. We’ve had pets over the years in other homes and a rental property and had other companies professionally clean and after they left no black light was detected. Perhaps this will fade in a few days and if so I’ll update review. They do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so may end up calling them back. For now , If you want pet stains 🫟 undetectable , especially if selling or renting you may want to consider another company.

They came out and did a great job!!! They were thorough, friendly, explained everything and my carpets smell great! I got the 3 rooms for 99.00 and added carpet protectant because we have shepherds. Enough said :)

Buddy did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet! He walked around and explained the services, pet treatment and potential tile/grout cleaning. My carpets look new and the entire house smells so fresh and clean. Buddy has great customer service and will see him in a few weeks for tile/grout cleaning.

The service tech was very professional and personal able. Jose explained the process and made sure of all services before he started. He then explained as he worked. Im very pleased with my service.

Zerorez did a great job. Knew to use a specific technique to work with Berber carpet. Went from dingy and a few spots to looking like new. My technician was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and how to get best results. He was professional and courteous and completed the job in very reasonable time. He was on time in arrival and altogether it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience with the gentleman that came to my home. Very kind and on time. Looking forward to having him clean the carpet in the other rooms!

Paul very polite and professional. He took his time and made sure that every inch of my carpet was done. My carpet does not appear to be very clean. ( I realize that the carpet will lighten up once the carpet dries). I feel that the high traffic areas needed more treatment.
I had only one room of carpet under 200 ft. The advertisement said the price will be $57. However, that price was not honored. I was also sent a two $20 off coupon for being a first-time user. Again, that coupon was not honored because that it had no coupon code.
Paul was very professional and personable and is definitely a solid 10 and is a asset to Zerorez.

I had a lot of questions about my carpet and tile. Caesar answered them all thoroughly and was very patient with me. He was very professional and I enjoyed visiting with him as he explained the process of sanitizing the pet urine and adding a protectant to the carpet. He cleaned my tile letting me know beforehand that the grout may not clean back to restoration as I had sealed the grout several years ago when it was already stained. I will definitely recommend Caesar next year when it is time for another cleaning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our service! We got our main living and dining areas serviced plus the hallway and it looks soooo beautiful! And oh my goodness Ray was absolutely amazing! So professional and intentional! Hope we get him again in 6 month! Will continue to use Zerorez!
