This cleaning company started out ok. But once they found out their contract was not going to be renewed their service turned to next to nothing. Our company went into a contract with them, so the contract has to be completed and needs to be terminated on their terms. We have fulfilled our end and continued to pay them through the contract time. However, they do not clean. So in essence, we are paying for services rendered, yet we cannot terminate contract unless they receive it in writing and then 30 after your letter is received, will the service agreement end. It is sad to see how you still are paying for their service for 8 times prior to the end of the term, and they don;t clean for 8 days. That is twice a week. for 4 weeks. Our office floor has not been mopped in over 3 weeks. I know our contract is ending, but you are still getting paid Jani-King. Services should be rendered if we are paying!!!

Horrible Services. Cleaning crew often brought their kids to the office and treated it like a playground. They barely cleaned - took out the trash and swept for five minutes and then left.

Management ignored my complaints for two months and then used legal means to keep me from terminating their services through the end of the year, after they failed to perform described services and allowed children to run around the office and play with company property.

I was an experienced businessman when I negotiated my franchise in Dallas. That was in 2018. We have grown steadily, learned a lot and experienced some hard knocks. The management team of the master franchisor has completely turned over with great results. This team, led by Bryan Battaglia, leads by example. We are completely in sync, supporting one another and striving for quality and customer satisfaction. Our franchise has already experienced great success, and I am very optimistic about our future.
