Denise thoroughly took the time to listen to my janitorial concerns, and report resolutions to ensure amazing service. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to meet me with me at my location, and do a walk through to best suit my business needs.

Contractors and customers beware! We were providing all construction services for Knight on numerous projects using approximately 80-100 of our subcontractors. We were treated like slaves while being consistently cussed and yelled at daily ordering us to meet unrealistic deadlines in order for Knight salesmen to get bonuses. Knight is run by two young and inexperienced individuals and their staff doesn’t respect them. Knight put elderly reside in harms way on a project in Webster, Tx by violating city and county regulations as they allowed residents to move in prior to “CO.” At least on resident was taken away by ambulance. Knight has not paid us four our services.

I use Knight Janitorial for two of my commercial properties and have referred them to several of my tenants. They are very professional and reliable. If I ever have a concern or emergency clean I call Denise Wallenhurst and she takes care of it immediately.

From the beginning our representative, Bret, has been polite, professional and accommodating to all of our requests. Any time we had an issue it he was determined to help us get to the bottom of it. When we told him that we were not impressed with an area being cleaned, a new crew was here within the week with great results. For a preschool that has children in and out every day of the week, our school looks great each morning when we come in. I anticipate we will be working with them for a long time.

We have recently begun using Knight Janitorial at both our Lewisville & Southlake Office locations. We are very impressed with the cleaning services they continue to provide. Brian has been a pleasure to work with, and is easy to get a hold of anytime we need to touch base. We would highly recommend Knight Janitorial to anyone looking for thorough cleaning services!

Knights Janitorial Services has been providing the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County with exceptional customer service and client support for almost a year. We have received nothing but prompt, professional and exceptional service from Ashley and all other staff. This company has the ability to provide many types of services from Janitorial, Restoration, Renovations & Floor Maintenance. We have had the chance to work with crews from each of these areas of the business. They have handled our routine cleanings, floods, minor and major repairs. Ashley, her team and each division of the company have always jumped in head first and handled our needs allowing us to keep focus on the Mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs. When seeking bids to clean our clinic at night, Monique at Knight Janitorial was one of the few people to respond. She gave me several options, all competitively priced. Her bid was not the lowest I received, but Monique left me feeling that we were dealing with a professional company, and not just some schlep with a dustpan. We are pleased with their service, and Monique is responsive to any special request we have. They are reliable, thorough and easy to work with.

We have had a wonderful experience with Knight Services! From the beginning, Brian Martin, onboarded our preschool to the multiple cleanings our school has had the past month plus. They are professional, friendly, accomadting and very proficient with their cleanings. Knight Janitorial has provided cleaning services for our church and child care center for nearly 10 years. In today's competitive market among service providers, we think a 10 year business relationship speaks volumes for this company. Our account manager, Monique Sineni, provides great customer care. She is diligent about communicating our needs to the crew who handles our facility and making sure everything meets our expectations. The crew does a fabulous job of attending to the details while being thorough and even going the extra mile to take care of the little things that can sometimes go unnoticed in such a large space.

This business in no longer Knight Janitorial Services and has not been for some time. We are Knight Commercial, LLC. We handle commercial water mitigation, fire damage restorations, and commercial construction rebuilds resulting from water and fire damage.

Knights Janitorial Services is a highly regarded cleaning company that provides great quality cleaning with great customer service. I manage an office building for an owner and I have been very pleased with their services and Denise Wallenhurst, the Sales Executive has been a pleasure to work with and any time I need anything she is quick to respond. Knight Janitorial Services delivers a high quality service at a fair price. They are very responsive anytime our customers need something above scope completed right away. They've been a trusted vendor/partner with FBG Service Corporation for several years. I've personally worked primarily with Victor Marin for two years and he is very professional and dependable. I work with hundreds of vendors per year but because of Victor's dedication he and his team have made it to the top of my favorites list. As we grow our business and client base in their service area, we will be asking them to take on the additional accounts.

I've been trying to get our cleaning issues resolved since December 22nd 2018. However our office has been dirty and not cleaned properly for the past 10 months. I reached out to Martha Monroy, See her reply below:

Nothing has changed, and I never got a call/reply from anyone regarding my many concerns. So I reached out again on January 16th 2019. See message below... And still have not had our concerns resolved or addressed. I had another company come and bid our building and he thought we were looking for initial service because it looked as thought it had never been cleaned. At this point I would never refer them to anyone and can't imagine anyone else using them and being satisfied with the results.

It doesn’t appear anything has been done to resolve our problem. Our building is not being cleaned as it should. And I haven’t heard anything back as to how this will be resolved. If a supervisor has come to look at our building and feels it is being sufficiently cleaned then we may have to consider another company. Please see attached photo’s, there is more, floors still have stains on them, carpets dirty, kitchen counters still have crumbs from Friday.
