Excellence service. Late on Friday and he gave use the attention it needed. Considerate over moving hose through a large home and very accommodating to handle unique nuances of the space and access. Recommend the service and more so my technician. Number of rooms and spaces. Worth the effort

Diamond was our technician today (3/7/26) and from the moment I opened our front door, he was smiling and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and then professionally mentioned that there may be options he'll advise depending on the current condition of or carpet. I accepted one option but not the other and he handled it with grace and acceptance. Once done, he walked me through the areas he cleaned and the result was impressive. The pricing was fair for the work done and I decided to tip him because of the good experience. My wife scheduled them before and this was my first time home when they arrived. I can appreciate why she keeps using Zerorez!

The entire process was amazing. From calling and making an appointment to reminders being sent and instructions on how/what to prepare your carpet for Zerorez to deliver a wonderful experience. Jaime was awesome. He called 30 minutes to his arrival. Walked through the house to undressed what rooms were to be cleaned. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Then he reminded us the drying time.
