Technician was great but I put on service order it was an apartment and when he showed up he did not have the proper machine for an apartment so I had to wait 90 minutes for him to go and get proper equipment. Service was fast and thorough.

Very professional, friendly service. Empathize on my satisfaction of work perform. Advanced notice of arrival. Tech wore shoe covers and cleaned up behind his work. Highly recommend!

Had several rooms including large game room cleaned. Game room had pet stains which were treated for stain and odor. Everything came out beautifully. Technician was extremely courteous and pleasant. He did a great job cleaning carpets and stairs!

This is the second year I used Zerorez and I must say that I am truly satisfied with the outcome. Awesome service and great customer service all around. Worth the cost.

Tracee was prompt, respectful, and diligent. Our carpets are fresh, and he took great care of us. We had a lot of carpet to attack and he wasn’t nickel and diming. Explained everything thouroughly and was focused on doing the job right.

After having a sick doggy for a week Chris did a marvelous job. Chem Dry also cleaned two area rugs which now look like new! Yes dog vomit came out of my carpet and rugs!

I hired A-abc Chem-Dry to clean my carpets as I was preparing my house to be sold.
They were able to get out many stains created by kids and dogs throughout the years (and the scent they created 🤭) and really brighten the rooms!
Communication was perfect, before and during their work… so I ended up asking them to buff (I may be using the wrong professional term) all my natural stone surfaces (kitchen countertops, master bathroom countertops, floors and area around the bath tub rim).
It was worth every penny (and probably more since it was less than I expected), I was only sorry I didn’t get it done years ago so I could have enjoyed it myself).
Would hire Chris again and highly recommend you to do the same!!

Chris did an incredible job of cleaning and removing the pet stains from our carpet! We have an elderly dog who’s been having frequent accidents and, despite our best efforts using a deep cleaner, every home remedy and pet removal solution on the market, and lots of elbow grease, we were still unable to eliminate the spots. Chris took his time to carefully steam and sanitize the remnants, even leaving those coveted lines in the carpet. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. Very pleased with our experience and will be calling Chem-Dry again!

First time we have tried A-ABC Chem Dry. Chris was our tech (with over 15 years experience in his industry) and did a great job. We had 3 area rugs cleaned in our house as opposed to sending them out. The Chem Dry process cleans with very little water, leaving the rugs barely moist, which is ideal for area rugs.
We had 1 wool rug and 2 polyester/polypropylene rugs. Both turned out great and were dry within 2 hours. Great cleaning process and reasonably priced.

A-abc Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my carpets and the technician was extremely nice, professional, and honest. They arrived precisely on schedule and the technician did call ahead to give me an ETA. I will be using this company again in the future.

I contacted Chem Dry regarding a cleaning from another company that resulted in damage to my 2 almost new white sofas to see if they could rectify in any way. The owner and staff were amazing and talked honestly through all options with me and gave recommendations based on images I sent in. Ultimately Chris and Frankie came to my house 3 times and worked on my sofas and did an excellent job. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend and wish I would’ve used them to begin with but know I have found a company I will trust for all my needs go forward! They stand by their work and are amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Chris and Frankie did an amazing job! We have black dogs and pet stains with black hair. Look how amazing it looks now! I couldn’t be more pleased!
