Reviews of local pros in Addison, Texas

Like most people with a pool, you know how difficult it can be to find good pool company, so when you find one you don't want to lose them. Over the years, I've gone though my share of companies making promises that they wouldn't hold up. Over time, every one of them became worse and worse. Tim Kaiser, the owner of Pool Steward is different. Has there ever been an issue? Of course, every company that hires pool help does, but Tim and his staff are different. No matter the issue, he gets the job done. After last years freeze, we had a lot of broken equipment. Once the equipment came in, he called me, set a date, and fixed everything like new. If you are having problems with your current pool company, I highly recommend using Pool Steward. You won't be disappointed.

We've been very happy with their services. We've gone through about 4 other pool services since we moved in 6 years ago. Pool Steward would be the only one to consistently spend time cleaning our pool and even vacuuming as the need arose. Whenever we had an issue with our freeze guard or pool light they were very responsive and would address it in a reasonable amount of time. They are not the cheapest nor most expensive option. I highly recommend.

Pool Steward is a great company! They have been cleaning my pool regularly for the past 2+ years and they are phenomenal. They are professional, timely, a great value, and they keep my pool and equipment working in tip top shape. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to service all of their pool needs.

Pool Steward did a great job with our pool. They have taken care of our pool for about two years and are very professional and thorough. They provide pump repair, replacement, electrical for pool lights, as well as regular maintenance. Caleb, our regular pool guy does a fine job.

Pool Steward has a reliable professional team that keeps our pool sparkling! We have a complex pool and lots of trees, and we rely on them to keep everything operating efficiently. They never disappoint!!

Tim and his team are amazing to work with. They are reasonably priced for cleaning and repairs. They do high quality work on repairs and provide excellent pool cleaning and chemical treatments.....and what I love is it's always consistent. Some pool companies run through employees so you rarely have the same person cleaning your pool which means more issues and more unnecessary communications with the pool company I also love the fact that they send you a pool cleaning report via email after each cleaning and include a picture like below. If you need a pool company you will be very happy with Pool Steward.

Fresh air makes my mornings easier. I wake up without congestion, and my bedroom feels comfortable. Sleeping has been more restful since the air started circulating cleanly through the house.

Really nice guy, super-efficient. I would definitely recommend to others.

They were quick courteous and did a great job!

Quick and professional vent cleaning. The technicians respected our space and even gave helpful tips for maintenance.

My pets shed a lot, so I got my ducts cleaned. The house smells better, and there’s noticeably less dust floating around.

Every time the heat came on, there was this faint smoky odor. I thought it was normal. Nope—just dust burning in the ducts. Cleaning fixed that in one go.
