I hired Team Enoch plumbing to help with several items that were in my inspection report for the house I just purchased. The technician, Derek, was polite, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He not only did the work he was hired for but also answered several questions for me regarding regular maintenance and signs of wear and tear on household plumbing related items. He was excellent. Team Enoch also ended up charging me less than the original estimate thanks to several discounts they currently have available. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them.

The technician was very polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and did exactly what needed to be done to address the issue by balancing the distribution of air - I can already tell a difference.

He also noticed that the UV Air Purifier had been installed improperly, and he corrected it while he was here, which I really appreciated.

Technician Miguel, installed a surge protector next to my electrical panel, it will protect my pricey investments , which is everything that connects to my electrical box. He was thorough, and answered all of questions.

Our outdoor unit received serious damage from an animal that made it leak freon and we needed an expensive part entirely replaced. We had a couple different companies look at it and Enoch quoted us a fair bit less than the other, and they came back out promptly to get the unit repaired. Greg, the gentleman I spoke with, was quite professional and straightforward and friendly. Don't have any complaints at all, and I'm glad they could help us.

Edgar did an excellent job cleaning our water heater. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. You can tell he cares about doing quality work. I’m very happy with the service!

He showed up early in the stated time window, clear on what the potential issues were and how that would affect the price. He was able to do a great job as well replacing the wax ring. Had no complaints on this service and will look to use Enoch again.

We have been using Enoch since 2018 when they did a new electric panel for us. We checked everywhere and they had the best price. We are so happy that they now do plumbing. We had a pipe burst during the last freeze. They came out on a Sunday and didn't charge extra. We had a problem with a faucet after the pipe was fixed. They came right away and Leo was very professional and caring. We had to get a new faucet and thanks to the plumbing manager Mike everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them because of their highly professional work and price.

I had a great experience with Team Enoch through Costco for our HVAC installation. Our unit went down over the weekend, and they scheduled our installation incredibly fast, which was a huge relief. Communication was excellent from the first call all the way through the day of installation. Bryan and Cornelius did an amazing job installing the new HVAC unit. On installation day, they took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through how to use the new system and thermostat, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before they left.
