Great service! Jose was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, & efficient. He provided pros/cons of replacing my dryer vent which was the main culprit of my lint buildup. My dryer runs much better now & no more error messages! Highly recommend Jose & his team.

My dryer was not drying my clothes completely. I thought my dryer was the issue, and had it checked out. There was nothing wrong with the dryer. However, I had never had my dryer vent cleaned in 10+ years. Jose and Ricardo did an outstanding job of cleaning out my dryer vent from top to bottom. In addition to making the necessary repairs to provide adequate ventilation. I learned I had a potential severe fire hazard due to my lack of dryer vent maintenance. This company helped to possibly save my life! I highly recommend!

Ricardo came to my house worked on my washer & dryer, very professional honest about coming back since he had to leave to get parts came back repaired the issues everything seems ok.
Ricardo was my tech great professionalism....update having problems again same day washer (i began small load of laundry and the machine stopped on wash & started making strange noise like it was draining & the lights disappeared completely from machine.... first come out1/5, returned with parts 1/6/26, had to leave again washer made loud noises needed belt he stated (wasn't issue prior to the initial request to come) however, after all that I had to call them back to see about the issue why it's not cooperating at.... waiting until 1/7 new appt. ... will update again...update 1/7: had to be refunded wasn't told some information that was vital to know & also one part wasn't needed that I paid for...

Very pleased with the washer repair service I received. Jose was very professional and courteous, he explained everything clearly on what was being done as well as recommendations on how to keep my washer in good running condition. The entire process was stress free and would definitely call them again for any appliance needs I may have in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest services.

Jose and Ricardo fixed my Kitchenaid dishwasher, that had decided not to work, but just flash and beep at me. No parts were necessary. They were careful, very courteous, and professional.
Cost was very reasonable for labor time spent on job.

I will keep their names and number for any other appliance problems I have in future.

This company is heaven sent, I really hate it took me nearly 5 years and 2 bad technicians to find them, but I am grateful I did! The technician was prompt, professional and well informed. I have never felt the need of leaving a review to someone. Jose is very professional and a true gentleman. He is the probaly the nicest guy ive ever met during a construction work. He gave a competitive rate. Got the work done. No gimmicks no bad news oh this happeneds. He is straight and cares and loves what he is doing. Shows up on time. Get the work done and does a clean job. What more do you need ?
I hired him for duct cleaning and he also offered other services. Do not Look at other places if you already come across this gentlemen.

We recently completed a major remodeling project and wanted to have our air ducts cleaned to remove construction dust. We requested quotes from several companies. Some were extremely expensive, while others offered a very low “special” price but later added numerous extra charges that significantly increased the total cost. BTU’s pricing was reasonable and right in the middle.

Our technician, Daniel, came by last week to provide a free, no-obligation, in-person estimate. He clearly explained the process and set realistic expectations. I appreciated his straightforward approach and decided to move forward.

When he arrived for the service today, Daniel first placed plastic sheeting under the vents to protect our furniture and belongings. He then spent about four hours thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing our air ducts and returns using his roto-brush equipment. He even took the time to clean our dryer vent.

After completing the job, Daniel showed me before-and-after photos. I was shocked by how much dirt had built up in our system and impressed by how clean everything looked afterward. I’ve attached some of these photos to this review for reference.

I truly believe our indoor air quality will be much better now. If you’re considering having your ducts cleaned, I highly recommend Daniel and BTU.
