Ricardo was awesome. He performed a deep cleaning on our dryer vents and did it thoroughly, making sure the line was clear. He was friendly and was in and out in no time. 10/10 will be asking for Ricardo next time as well.

After calling 6 places they were the first one that was willing to come look at my oven… others all said they couldn’t get parts since manufacture went out of business.. the technician was able to cross reference the part and where I could order it . Got the part and they came back out and installed. Successful repair… very pleased as to replace this 48” professional range would have been very costly. Will use them again!!’

I had been struggling with my washing machine for months and was almost ready to give up and buy a new one when I found BTU Appliance Service on Google. The team that came out was really friendly and respectful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Now, my washer finally works, and I couldn’t be happier! They also helped me out with the payment, which was a big relief. I’m really glad I found them and will definitely turn to them again if I ever need more repairs. Thanks so much Jose!!!!

BEWARE... These guys may be good at appliance repair but I made the mistake of hiring them to clean our Fireplace/chimney. During the cleaning their equipment malfunctioned and the entire living room and kitchen was filled with creosote... instead of a clean chimney we ended up with a black film of toxic dust on all of our floors, walls and furniture. We had to get the house cleaned several times. They originally offered a refund for their work but they never followed through with it. I don't like posting negative reviews but I gave them several chances to make things right and they never did.

Ricardo was my technician to repair my washer. He was thorough and took his time not to scratch or damage my appliance. He diagnosed the problem then had to leave to pick up the part. He returned quickly, replaced the part then cleaned up. Ricardo allowed me time to start a load for testing. I am very satisfied my washer was again agitating as expected. Thanks again Ricardo and BTU for a job well done!

It is always stressful when a major appliance in the house starts to get a bit funky. Our dryer had felt liner (which lines the edges of the drum in the front and the back) came apart. After doing some research, we reached out to a professional who never showed up for the appointment. Then we discovered BUT and everything was on cruise control after that. Ricardo and José were outstanding. Extremely professional, on time, upfront and gave us an excellent estimate. They diagnosed a few other issues with the dryer duct system (it was actually almost clogged up with lint and a sock). I also had them clean and service my washer. They worked in the background and we couldn’t even tell they were there. Asked for our permission before every step that a homeowner would expect to be asked about. Both worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Left the place as they had found it, and successfully completed the task. I wish all service companies had people like José and Ricard representing them. Very highly recommended for all your home appliance needs.

Very professional and friendly! They came to check my dryer and fix it with no question and cleaned my vent without spending hundreds of dollars. They are very trustworthy and reasonable .. I will definitely be calling them once a year for my vent cleaning!
