I’ve used this company several times now and highly recommend them. Everyone is always friendly and professional to a person. The crews seem to like working together and also for this particular company. After each repair, they’ve left my property in excellent condition — sometimes better than how they found it! The crews are organized so I know exactly what to expect and when. I appreciate I can call and talk to the owner/Master Plumber directly with questions. Prices don’t seem to be inflated or extreme and quotes have been reliable. I have peace of mind working with McFarland, which is invaluable especially when dealing with major home repairs. Jessica and Teresa — shout out to you. When I call, you always are helpful getting everything started off on the right foot. Crews— shout out to you all, too! You are all so polite and your work at my home has been excellent!

I would highly recommend using Herndon McFarland for plumbing repairs. Each team member that I encountered exhibited professionalism and expertise. Shawn patiently answered all of my questions. Chris and Alex performed the slab leak repair, with a follow up by Carter and David.

I had a hot water slab leak and they sent out thier BEST guys, Daniel, Durance and Raymond!
These guys worked so hard on getting to the leak. They were determined to get the job done and they did a great job in making sure my wood floors were covered and then went out of thier way to clean everything after the job was done.
It's hard to find a company that has dedicated guys like them.

Alex and Ray came for an ongoing issue with an upstairs shower leaking into my downstairs ceiling. I have had multiple “fixes” over the past couple of years that did not solve the problem.

Alex and Ray showed up on time, placed shoe covers on before entering the house and patiently listened to my story of what I have been experiencing. They explained exactly what they needed to do to find the problem.

After a thorough inspection, Alex explained his finding and next steps. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They cleaned everything up and you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there working.

I am so impressed with this company and the representatives both Alex and Ray and I will use this company for all my plumbing needs moving forward and I will recommend them to everyone !

Alek and Shawn came out and helped diagnose an issue for my house and ultimately helped me decide on a complete sewer re-route for my house (which was the right decision). Herndon works with a lot of insurance companies and are trusted by those insurance companies to do good work. 10/10 would recommend Herndon to my friends and family.

We had an awesome experience with HMF. When they could not make it out due to the ice storm, the office actually took our info home and called from their personal cell phone to reschedule. They could have taken the day off, but chose to serve us. The guys that came out to dig the 21' tunnel as well as replace the drainline were great. Hats off to Blake and the guys who dug and then replaced the dirt. Professional, courtesy and had a great work ethic.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Herndon McFarland and their team for their outstanding support in replacing my parents’ water heater. My father has advanced Alzheimer’s, and my mom is his primary caregiver, so managing everything remotely from LA has been incredibly difficult, especially when the water heater went out unexpectedly on a Sunday morning.

Teresa immediately coordinated with a technician, and after several visits and troubleshooting, it was clear that the unit needed to be replaced. The previous plumber who installed the unit was unresponsive, leaving us in a tough spot. However, Herndon McFarland went above and beyond to work directly with the manufacturer to honor the warranty and expedite the entire process. They removed the broken water heater, took it to Home Depot, replaced it with the new unit, and ensured it was installed correctly with a proper inspection.

What really stood out to me was their empathy and transparency throughout the entire process. They truly understood my situation and made the whole experience as smooth as possible despite the complexities. I couldn’t have done this without their help, and I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff from the person taking the call to the staff fixing the repairs. Very trust worthy company. Shaun explained step by step process and provided very fair prices. I can't thank them enough for all the great work they completed including their excavation team.

HMP had whole excavation and plumbing teams, coordinated by Shawn and led by Chris, out to replace my entire sewer line at my 69 year old home after extensive testing to identify multiple leaks and entire sections (over half) which could not even be tested due to the extent of cast iron disintegration. I was really pleased with the minimally invasive design they provided. The whole process took about 10 calendar days and 7 days of work including the inspection and finishing items. Shawn did a great job of working with me on the contract, educating me on the process and work events, and answering all of my many questions. He also was fantastic at ensuring all work was done to my satisfaction. All of my sewer line was moved outside the house except the line run from the washer to the exterior, which was done in the garage, and underneath the bathroom for a total of 118 feet of trenching and 5 feet of tunneling under the bathroom. The excavation and backfill were completed by Misol, which did incredibly precise and fast work on all the trenching and tunneling--all manually--and was led by Mike, who did a wonderful job of communicating with me and coordinating with HMP to move the trench to ensure my cat's grave was not disturbed. The plumbing work was done by a whole team who were challenged by some bumps in the road and still got the plumbing work done in the scheduled two days. The work was done in 100 degree heat, which was not easy. Jessica answered the phone whenever I called and took good care of me each time. My emails were answered promptly. Each day, the site was cleaned up. Every single person was courteous. The city inspection went smoothly and was completed rapidly as the setup was done and ready when the inspector arrived. I happily recommend Herndon McFarland Plumbing and their entire team. It was top notch work with a two year warranty!

The staff was curtious, helpful and took time to not make a mess of things. The guy's hung plastic tarp over open cabinets to keep dust out. Leak was fixed and inspected the next day.

Steven was very professional and friendly. Explained perfectly what the problems were, and what needs to be done to fix it. The quote was reasonable. When I called with follow up questions, they were very helpful and took their time to answer all my questions. They did a great job fixing everything in a timely manner, and treated my property with care. They also took care of scheduling backflow inspection. Would use again.

First time home owner at 26 years old. Very new to a lot of home maintenance issues. I called Air Repair, and they had someone out to my home within 2 hours... in JUNE!

I had no idea what was going on with my AC unit. Chris the technician was incredibly helpful, straightforward and honest with me. He could have not said anything, done the work and I would have unknowingly voided my home warranty. He let me know that I should contact them first to ser what they can do. Might seem like a no-brainer to someone who has owned for a long time, but being new to homeownership, I was very grateful for his insight and honesty. When you deal with a company that displays that kind of integrity, without even charging you, this is a company to do business with.
