Alex and his coworker (I didn't catch his name, sorry!) were great today. I called on around noon and Stallons' guys had me fixed by 5pm. Both gentleman were professional and kind. Thanks so much for enduring this heat and helping your customers stay cool.

Stallons techs have saved us money by giving an honest 2nd opinion more than once! We were using a local company to do biannual maintenance, and they lied twice about systems needing to be replaced. Stallons came, took photographs each time, and explained why we were fine. They saved us thousands. When our 5 ton finally died, we got quotes from different places and went with Stallons.
They always come when they say they will, they do an excellent job, they leave everything cleaned up, and they are highly professional. Very competent. I trust them.

Stallings came out the day I called needing repair had a failed motor and a failed board of some sort. They did a bypass so my air conditioner could work until they receive the parts within 48 hours. They were back at my house. Repaired my unit within 30 minutes and, everything was just wonderful. These guys are great.

I called Stallons a/c this morning and they were here asap. Fixed the clogged drain and give me a lot of information on maintenance for my system. Thank you guys for the fast response and getting it all fixed within 30 minutes. I’ll definitely will use your company in the future. And will let others know how good and honest your company is.

We were noticing our AC not keeping up and called Stallons. Tech showed up when we were told they would and did a thorough inspection of our unit. He noticed that the coil was leaking Freon. Everything he showed me was correct and honest. He also informed me that the coil should be under warranty if we filled out the online registration when the unit was installed. It was and they ordered the new coil and installed it as soon as it came in. I’m always skeptical of AC companies, but not anymore. We will always use Stallone going forward. Everything they did was professional and above and beyond.

Encountered this company on the road while near the Chapel Hill neighborhood. Their driving was incredibly inconsiderate and hazardous. It was a horrible reflection on their business, and I can't imagine how their customer service would be.

STALLONS AC did an amazing job replacing my old broken down air conditioner with a beautiful brand new one. They even replaced the platform the AC sits on!! I was so impressed with not only the awesome job they did but also with the way the cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn’t even know that anyone had been there. BECO is great. Our house has a 500 sq ft wine room with a specialty cooling/humidifier unit. In 3 years I had to replace 3 different evaporators and while the equipment was under warranty the labor to swap out the units was exorbitant. When this happened the last time I started looking for a new company and found Mark with BECO. He laid out a plan and installed a new American made, industrial quality evaporator which is functioning better than the original Chinese made equipment. I was so pleased BECO is now taking care of our whole house under a comprehensive service contract.
I’m very happy to recommend BECO for both routine heating and air conditioning jobs as well as specialty work like a wine room.

We had water leaking out of a pipe on our back patio for two seasons. Mark came a diagnosed a clogged pipe plus explained that although no wrong, the builder had not set the drain pipes the best. He came out and cleared the clogged, flushed the system as well as installed two safety float systems. Both the office and the technician were very friendly and helpful. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Educated the client well. Installed system quickly and in very poor environmental conditions. Had to make changes to duct system under the house, change and manufacture new sheet metal guards, and dig foundation for new pad. System working like a charm and price was surprisingly reasonable. Old BECO owners would be proud and I certainly was/am. They also took care of my next door neighbor who had extensive work required, in and out of home, and again in bad environmental conditions. She was smiling afterwards. Their reputation is clearly an important priority for their business.

Garrett did the annual check on my A/C and did a great job. He was very professional and explained any questions I had and did a great job.

The technician arrived on time, was cordial and friendly, seemed efficient, did a good job so far as I can tell, answered all my questions, and provided reasonable recommendations.

For years we have been a family that only called an A/C company when something broke. We are so happy to be part of the Beco Club! The technician took his time and did a thorough inspection of both of our systems and did a great job of explaining his findings. He was professional and respectful and resolved any issues we had. We look forward to many years in the Beco Club!

The 2x a year maintenance contract is a good value and the technicians are excellent. One thing to take off your worry list. Your HVAC residential and/or business systems deserve BECO’s TLC!
