George was amazing and responded fast to our AC problem when it went down. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening so we understand exactly what needed to be corrected. I’ve used him twice over the last 3 years and will next time also.

Called after a storm and they were able to come by in a half hour! Unfortunately, we have a very rare and annoying system, so he wasn’t able to work on it (few can). Surprisingly he didn’t charge us for his time to diagnose the problem, which we were very thankful for. Great customer service.

I have an older unit and I'm trying to get a couple more years out of it before I have to upgrade. After spending too much time and money on other repair companies just putting band aides on the problem and charging me way too much, I found Love Air. They didn't try to sell me a new system and they found the cause of the problem, not just the result or manifestation. No more calling for help every other month. Great company that I highly recommend.

Amazing service, I sent a message Monday afternoon and they were here at 9 am Tuesday morning less than 24 hour turn around time, fixed two of my units in less than 30 minutes. We will for sure be using Love Air going forward for our ac and heating needs.

I called George on a Friday afternoon after our AC unit went out. George was at our house Saturday morning and able to diagnose the issue. He was able to get the part and fix the unit on Monday morning.
Prior to calling, I called a different company and they could not come to my house for two weeks. With having a newborn in the house, this was not an option.

I messaged George about my A/C problem and he was able to come out that next day. He even arrived a little earlier than our original appointment! He was here for about an hour and a half and had everything fixed! He explained everything that was wrong and explained why these things were happening. I would refer him to anyone needing a repair or replacement on their ac. He has great prices and does excellent work. We will definitely be calling him out if we have any more problems!

We noticed a burning smell we thought might have been our AC. I called George (highly recommended in our neighborhood) and he was able to come see it within 15 minutes of my call, incredible. He did a thorough inspection and was convinced it was not the AC. (He was right, it was the dishwasher…). He was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing.
