Panther installed a mini-split in my wife’s home yoga studio. The main criteria is that it be quiet. The system recommended can hardly be heard. The location required a condensation pump. The first pump was very noisy. After our complaint they immediately came back and put in a better pump up in the attic. Now she has a super quiet system. Happy wife, happy life. You guys did a super job. Thanks for your quick install and making it all work out as requested.

Panther Air has taken care of the pharmacy I manage for over a year. Quality is unmatched. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We receive detailed follow up reports after service, the company has tech location tracking so techs can get to you quickly, and they will get up on the roof in 2 degree weather if needed! (hopefully not needed!) I Highly recommend Panther!

Panther Air is the only ac/hvac company I'll ever use again. Beware of some of the bigger companies that spend a ton on advertising!! I don't want to say which company, ill just call them M, came out and told me that my system was old, parts were not replaceable, the coolant was impossible to find & i needed to buy a whole new unit for anywhere between $15,000-$17,000. I was devastated because that is a TON of money right now😩 M was quick to tell me all about their financing plans etc... they didn't even lay out a plan B course of action.

A friend recommended Panther Air and said I should at least call them to get a 2nd opinion. I am SO SO happy I did!! Not only did they tell me they could repair my existing system but everything, labor & parts, came to only $3,100!! The technician, Jesse, was awesome, super knowledgeable & really helpful in the decision making process.
Something else they did that I thought was really neat, is they backed up their findings with photos, videos & showing me the actual broken part they were replacing. I really appreciated the extra effort to educate me a little on what they were doing & what they were replacing. It's really hard to find a company like this that has integrity, professionalism & great customer service.

Hopefully this review will keep someone from making the same mistake I almost did by going with a major company just because I believed their flashy ad on t.v🙄

Jordan did a fantastic job fixing another A/C company’s bad work. He was prompt, courteous and got my system back up and running fast. I highly recommend him and Texas Total Comfort.

Texas Total comfort is one of the best a/c companies I've ever used. Casey was very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He did a great job finding the issue I was have with one of our units. He even had work out in the pouring rain and found the problem for a good 20min and didn't even complain. Great guy. I would highly recommend Texas Total Comfort to anyone in need of a/c work. 10 out of 10 👍👍👍👍

We had our A/C system stop working, Colby with TTC quickly came out and assessed the problem, ordered the parts and came back to install. Very satisfied with his professionalism and display of his skills.

7/28/2025. Update to last post. Based on the excellent honest service, we signed up for the bi-annual routine system check/maintenance. Just so happens, one of our ac systems failed two days ago. When Casey arrived, he listened to my explanation, checked the outdoor units and quickly diagnosed the problem. He carried the spare parts, so he fixed it on the spot. Again, very professional and cheerful service.

On a service call because our system was not cooling the house, Jordan provided a quick diagnosis and resolution. The problem had to do with power requlation due to electrical surges from the system cycling in the crazy up and down temperatures of the Texas early Spring. Regarding the way forward, I appreciate that Jordan offered more than one option - including the one that I could manage the breaker myself, as opposed to purchasing an add-on that would address the issue automatically when it occurs. I might eventually purchase the add on, but I want to say that any time a vendor lays out alternatives including the one that wouldn't cost more money, they earn continuing loyalty and trust. Please forward this positive feedback to Jordan.

Had our routine maintenance done today, Texas Total Comfort sent their tech Michael. He was fast, efficient and thorough. Thanks!

Prompt, thorough and friendly. Helped in a pinch and at a great price. Nearly half the emergency fee another company wanted. Highly recommend

Zac was amazing. Our last tech Jordan, didn’t listen to any of my concerns. Zac was the complete opposite. He listened and explained all the options to me in great detail. He serviced our unit, cleaned the coils, and cleaned our ducts. 100% recommend him to everyone.

Jordan was great, immediately diagnosed my problem and then explained to me in simple terms what was wrong. Very transparent and trustworthy.
Edit: The system was totally fried, Jordan and his crew worked tirelessly for days diagnosing my problem, they did not stop until they fixed it they work hard to find out what’s wrong with your system and get you up and running ASAP! Fantastic trustworthy team

Jordan came out to help provide a solution to a problem we were having about certain rooms being warmer than others. He gave excellent recommendations for fixes while explaining why we did or did not need certain items. Helped provide a fix for a fraction of the cost that another company quoted and actually fixed some items that the original company did incorrectly. Highly recommend Texas Total Comfort Systems! Especially Jordan!

BUYER BEWARE!
A very challenging vender. They charged us over $5000 in service and our system is less functional than prior to connecting with Texas Total Comfort.

At one visit when I arrived in the garage, the technician, physically, would not leave our home without payment of over $2,500, only to come inside and the system was still leaking in the living room as they tried to drive off in their truck.

After pulling these charges from us and leaving us with an ineffective system (95 degrees in house today), they decide they didn’t want to work on the system anymore.

After 4 attempts to contact the manager/owner directly, he still refused to have any communication or return a call.

I never leave reviews and understand the impact of reviews, but feel if I had this information we would have been better off. We simply do not understand how we could be charged this amount of money, have a system that is now completely broken, and without any proper communication.

BEWARE.

This is for recent work done. Anyone that I had contact with or communications with were great.
A situation or two arose only to be addressed in no time. (If in their power to do so). I hope no service IS needed anytime soon, but I do feel comfortable in their hands.

Texas total comfort System is an awesome air-conditioning company. Jordan Beall the technician that came today did an outstanding job. He explained all of my options that needed to be explained about keeping my old unit repairs are going with a new unit. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly I have been with him for The past 6 to 7 years never been disappointed

My AC went out very unexpectedly in the morning and by 1:00 they had a service person, Matt, here. He worked on the unit and was absolutely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave us some options that we weren't aware of and is continuing to work with us to find other options. Would very highly recommend Texas Total Comfort Systems. If you're lucky enough to get Matt as your technician you are going to be very very pleased.
