I contacted Texas Comfort systems at 4:10 p.m., forty five minutes later Dennis arrived. Dennis was friendly, explained in detail what needed to be done regarding my ac drain leak. Completed the repair quickly, explained what needed to be done to expedite drying my floors. Dennis went above and beyond, provided excellent customer service. The price for repairs was less than anticipated. If you are looking for a great AC company look no further than Texas Comfort Systems.

Amazing locally owned company...they are down to earth and truly want to help. Our technician, Colby, was very knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. He offered real solutions...I definitely felt heard concerning my HVAC system needs. Highly recommend!

Colby was great. He quickly identified the issue with my system and was able to make a temporary fix while we waited on a part. After receiving the part he came back and fixed the issue as well as fixing a few other issues that previous HVAC people had messed up.

I could not have asked for better service during the incredible winter storm fern.
My furnace went out twice and both times Garrett and Dennis were there and they were so courteous and helpful in getting my unit up and working again!

My neighbor’s heater went out during Snowmaggedon January 2026. They were out in a jiffy on snowy icy roads to assess the situation. The heroes were Zach and Garrett. Very respectful, professional, and problem solved with lots of options. I would highly recommend based on their experience.

This company is the best I have ever used in my establishment. They answer the phone night and day. Very knowledgeable and keep you update step by step. Colby arrived as scheduled. I received his photo in advance. He was very polite and provided a detailed quote of the services they provide. Put paper shoe covers on to protect my floors. Very nice and polite. Highly recommend.

Zach showed up on time/early, was polite, neat and respectful of our home.. I love he first put covers on his workboots to protect our floors and got straight to work. He checked, cleaned and made the appropriate installation items (filters) and completed the job quickly and cleanly. He explained everything that was done and offered options to upgrade some items that needed attention (wear and tear) Thanks to the Texas Total Comfort Systems for another fine visit.

After checking out the systems a couple months back I had 1 of my units replaced. Could not be happier with the service and install!

Colby was wonderful and he is very knowledgeable about his trade. We were very impressed with his respectful mannerism and how nicely he spoke of his boss and the business. He explained all the details of what we were interested in having done.

We have been using the team at Lamar for years. They are always honest and straightforward about what needs to be done and why. They are dependable, on time, and always respectful. Their prices are fair and often below the prices of their competitors. Give Lamar a call! You will be glad that you did.

5 star service hands down. The tech was a transparent as they come and presented me with permanent repair options as well as more consumer friendly and short term options. I chose a permanent one which I have full confidence the Lamar team can handle.

I called Lamar on recommendation of my neighbor and contacted them about a Tune Up of the 2 AC units that climatize my house. The Check Up was completed and all systems were ‘Go’, but I was told a capacitor was a potential problem. The Lamar Rep even took a photo of the ‘sick’ capacitor. Within a couple weeks the capacitor failed. It was in a Sunday and Lamar came to my house that same afternoon to replace the part. Cost to me was for the part only. Even showed me a photo of the capacitor and how it appeared at the Check Up date vs how it looked and had burst apart with additional use.
I was impressed with Lamar’s ethic. In terms of price, I was treated fairly. I use as a point of reference the company I’d previously employed. IIW, I saved money with Lamar and received better service.
I give Lamar an A—honest, straightforward and worth the cost of service.

I feel bad that I can't recall the name of the technician, but I had a late-in-the-day air conditioning issue and got in touch with Lamar Heat And Air. I believe I spoke with the owner, and he was able to send someone out to my house that same evening. The issue was resolved quickly. They were incredibly professional and polite. I've had bad luck with dishonest A/C technicians in the past at my rental properties, so it was refreshing to find an honest, ethical company. I can’t recommend Lamar Heat And Air enough.
