The issues with my system were a bit tricky. Initially, we had a bit of a bumpy go at getting my system running properly but when I made my concerns known, I was contacted by the owner and he saw to it that it was made right at no additional cost to me. This is all anyone can ask of a company which is to do the right thing even if it isn’t easy.
Everyone that I met with this company was very friendly and easy to work with.

Jordan did awesome job get my ac back up and running. He was on time and very knowledgeable on what the issue could be. Then his customer service is very much 5 stars. Thank you Jordan and Texas Total Comfort Systems

They installed my hvac system a few years ago and were quick and very professional. Started getting an error and requested an appt for Monday. Casey was able to come out same day and resolve the error! Fantastic company and well worth supporting them

Ricky and his team did an awesome job to replace our dying 22 year old A/C system in a expeditious manner. Sara provided us with a variety of estimates to replace the system within a day and answered all our questions. On the day of replacement Ricky and his team came out and professionally removed our old system and installed a Daikin system and got us up and running in the middle of crazy Texas heat. Thanks so much Brother Cox and team!

We were having some issues with our AC, Jordan came out. He was very educational and tried to share as much information as he could. For the fraction of the cost from other companies. We ended up having to replace our unit and the owner of the company actually dropped it off yesterday and three nice gentlemen came out after them and replaced the unit. Took them about 3 or 4 hours but they were all very professional. This is a very good company especially after speaking with the owner. A true genuine gentleman whose business will continue to prosper if he continues to run it the way he has for the past 16 years!! I highly highly recommend this company!

We have had several outstanding young men service our HAVC system in the past, and we definitely had another great experience with Garrett, professional service in every way, answered any questions we had and was very intent on troubleshooting the problem, can’t say enough good things about this young man and he’s another fantastic ambassador for your company!!!!

I will keep coming back to Texas Total Comfort Systems because they are fast, have great options, and trustworthy. I had 3 different companies come out and give me quotes. Jordan at TTCS was by far the best. Jordan installed my new HVAC a year ago. It has been great working with such a knowledgeable technician. He is honest and helpful. Michael with Texas Total Comfort Systems was great. He arrived on time, introduced himself, asked if I had any questions or concerns related to the visit...and then he went to work. Upon completion he explained what he did and advised everything was working as expected and in good shape (what I expected, entire system is only 2 years old).

As for Texas Total Comfort Systems as a company, I've used them for several years and they are always thorough, prompt and most importantly, FAIR with everything they do. There's no sales pressure or price gouging if you need something fixed. I'll continue to use them for my A/C and heating needs.

Colby Finch completed my bi annual maintenance (I have agreement in place) and shared very useful information with me. Didn't try and hard sell me anything like I've experienced in the past. Replaced the run capacitor w him even though I'm selling my home. He's that good.

Colby was amazing! He fixed my heater in less than five minutes and was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, and professional. Truly awesome service! I would Highly recommend!

My contractor, Zach, was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. There were several options to achieve different results. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to afford the service I wanted. Instead of trying to convince me to purchase the expensive service he was understanding about what I could afford. No pressure sell. Zach was professionally and courteous.

Great experience. Garrett was friendly and knowledgeable about mini splits. He tested our system and assured us everything was ok. Highly recommend their service.
