Constraction reviews in Allen, Texas

We worked with Tom Longville. He was passionate and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He followed up several times to make sure things went well.

I have nothing but good things to say about working with Tom Longville for my roofing needs. He and his team did my roof replacement last year and came out again this week to assess and repair damage after the recent major storms. The work has always been high quality and I have great appreciation for Tom's professional, highly responsive communication and the way he goes the extra mile to take care of customers. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer.

Tom Longville was recommended to us by a friend who is a custom home builder. He is honest, hardworking with midwestern values. He’s the guy you want assessing your roof damage and providing quotes and solutions. We had builder defects that were just inexcusable and Tom and his team diagnosed and addressed. We trust him 200%. His team is communicative and professional. We especially love Leo and Linda! It’s been an A+ experience working with them twice! We don’t know what we would’ve done without them!

Tom and his team were great. Super knowledgeable and helped explain to me in layman's terms what was wrong with my roof. I had been worried that I'd need my whole roof line fixed, but Tom assured me that only the leaking area needed patching. It was comforting to know that he's an honest and good worker. Moreover, he was so easy to reach. I could contact him via phone/text/email and he'd respond quickly. I'd absolutely recommend hiring him--we will keep his name for any potential future work.

Tom Longville was wonderful to work with. Communication was great and they resolved my damaged chimney very quickly. Will continue to work with him for roofing needs!

I called New View Roofing, to see if they could recommend someone to fix my chimney that was damaged from high winds that we had a few weeks ago in the metroplex. I talked to Tom Longville and to my surprise he remembered my address from the roof install he assisted my late husband with in 2021. I was able to send him pictures of the Chimney. Tom was absolutely wonderful. He was able to explain the process, I told him to add me to his schedule. In a few days my repair was professionally completed. The wonderful experience we received in 2021, is the same wonderful experience I just received a few days ago. By the way, I asked them, due to the high winds if they saw any roof damage. The roof they installed in 2021 is stillvin excellent condition, there's not one missing or loose shingle. I highly recommend.

Great experience with New View Roofing! We had to get a galvanized boot replaced and some repair to our chimney screen. Tom Longville was our contact and took great care of us. Great communication and speedy service. 10/10

My new roof altogether appears to be better than the originally built. They deserve five star rating.

Tom Longville with New View Roofing was wonderful to work with. He personally came to do the free inspection the day after we inquired and had his team at our house to complete the repair the following day. They were quick, professional, and did exceptional work. I would strongly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

We had flashing repairs completed around our roof’s A/C vents and had a great experience. Tom Longville communicated clearly from start to finish and took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and why. His crew was professional, arrived within the estimated time window, and the flashing work looks solid and well-sealed. They also inspected the rest of the roof and sealed areas as needed.
