Blue Angel Roofing did an outstanding job on our home project ! The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed everything on time. Throughout the process, they were professional, communicative, and made sure we were happy with every detail. We had a great customer experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

So started off with another company at first but since Eddis joined Blue Angel roofing i decided to stick with him thru the transition. Even after having to restart everything he went thru it pretty quickly. Eddis communicated with me thru out the whole thing checking in asking for updates due to the adjuster taking their sweet time. Even with all the difficulties with the insurance Eddis and Blue Angel handled it all. I was not there for the choosing of colors and what not due to work but my wife said that he went thru everything and answered all her questions. Once the day came for the job to be started they were in and out that same day. My wife was very happy with the end results so I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job. Even if others have had a bad experience with them I'd recommend them because my experience was a great one and a happy wife equals a happy life.

I used Blue Angel Roofing for wind/hail damage to my home in the summer of 2024. They were recommended via my neighborhood Facebook page. My assigned project manager kept in touch with me throughout the project. I never had issues reaching him. The work was completed timely. We had our roof, gutters and garage door replaced. Our fence was stained. We also had work completed inside the house to repair water damage, fix a crack in the wall and fix a door that would not close properly. When we had an issue with the garage door after replacement, they sent someone the same day to address it. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Andy and his team provided excellent and efficient service in replacing our roof. The work was high quality. They made it an easy process with our insurance company. We highly recommend Blue Angel for all your roofing needs.

Blue Angel Roofing is wonderful to work with. We had to have our roof and gutters replaced after a bad hailstorm. Andy was friendly, courteous, and professional from the beginning of the project to the end. His crew was on time, did the work and cleaned up afterwards. Andy came by several times to check on their progress. When the insurance company was delaying payment, Blue Angel stepped up and handled the issues and kept us updated constantly. Although it took several months to get paid, Andy was more than patient and never complained to us. We would recommend Blue Angel Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

I cannot recommend Blue Angel Roofing highly enough. From the first meeting with Christian Mendez, I have been impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of this company and the fact that they always communicate clearly and they do what they say they’re going to do. They worked closely with my insurance company, the scope of work was clearly explained, and everything was done on schedule and completed as promised. Communication was never a problem and I got a prompt response to any question I ever asked. I also have to mention the care that went into keeping our house, landscaping and pool clean throughout the process. The site was totally clean after the roof, gutters, window repairs and fence staining were completed. Thank you Philip, Jordan and Christian for taking on this project and delivering. I am a very satisfied customer!

Worst roofing experience ever! Almost immediately we had problems with leaks. We found out our roof was installed incorrectly. They came out to try and fix it once, but almost everytime it has rained since then we discover new leaks. They have since stopped responding to our calls. Now, almost two years later we are still experiencing leaks! Would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your roofing needs.

Blue Angel did a great job with roof replacement and communicated well before and during the roofing work. Communication dropped off when we needed paperwork corrected as Blue Angel had specified the wrong roof in documentation sent to our insurance.

The quality of the fence painting was mostly good but hardware was painted over without taping and spots were missed (see photos).

TLDR: maybe this company is for you, probably not. They are most likely good with insurance claims and basic roof repairs/installs but in my situation they were dishonest, lied in documentation, misleading and deceptive.

I would like to preface this by saying I don’t believe my experience is an accurate representation of this company but maybe this can help someone make a decision.

I hired Blue Angel to fix a small roof leak, and it turned into months issues from May-November.

After their first repair, we developed major leaks that had never happened before. Instead of fixing their mistake, they pushed a partial roof replacement/repair. During installation, I pointed out active leaking, but was told it would “fix itself.” Through heat cycling, It didn’t. We had repeated water intrusion for months.

They damaged our skylights, installed the roof incorrectly (confirmed by their own subcontractor), and constantly dismissed obvious issues—even suggesting water dripping on the floor might be from our dogs drooling. Their documentation was incomplete and misleading, and they often contradicted themselves.

When our original contact disappeared, the new rep, had no idea what was going on. Despite promising multiple times to come out during rain to see the leaks firsthand, he never did. They kept insisting their hose tests proved the roof was fine, even though every actual rainstorm proved otherwise. We were treated like a science experiment instead of customers dealing with a real problem.

In the end, only after involving the owner did they finally agree to fully redo the work—and now it’s fine. But it took months of stress, water damage, repeated failures, broken promises, and misleading statements to get there.

If you want honesty, logic, accountability, or customer service—look elsewhere. This company refused to acknowledge clear evidence and put us through an ordeal no homeowner should deal with.

Blue Angel, roofing it’s just amazing. We interviewed many roofers and decided to go with Blue Angel, and we are so happy they are professional kind courteous they do great work and if you need your roof done, you should call them and talk to them. They work with you. They’re very clean they clean up their mess once they are finished and they come back and check on you and on the work again you need your roof done. Try them. He won’t be sorry.

Chase Williams from Blue Angel Roofing did an excellent job of working with our insurance company to accept the claim on our roof. We have lived in our home for 18 years and finally the age of our roof and weather events warranted its replacement. The roofing crew did an excellent job and we got a good deal for roofing upgrades. Another crew put 2 coats of paint on our fence which makes it look like it’s new. Thanks to Angel Roofing and Chase for a job well done.

Blue Angel Roofing was great from the beginning to the end. Phil and Eddis walked me through the inspection, the insurance claim and all the questions that I had while the roof was being installed. I had concerns about inadequate ventilation and they addressed it and I changed the color of my roof at the last minute and the took care of that for me too! Blue Angel Roofing was recommended to me, and now I'm recommending them to everyone. Anna was hit hard with hail, and we had lots of damage. Philip and his team were thorough, made sure my wife and I understood the claims process, and proactively communicated every step of the way. It was quality work, completed on time, with no surprises. The attention and concern for post project clean-up really surprised us. Not many contractors close out a job that way. Highly recommend!

AY Construction came to our home quickly and was thorough in options on our door repair. He did so well with the first door, I had him do another one. It's rare to find courteous, reasonable and knowledgeable repair men these days.

I had Andy and his crew do some extensive and difficult drywall repair. They did an excellent job, and I am happy to provide a reference for him. :)
