Damian discovered what was wrong and his diligence left a great impression on me. Over the past decade, they've visited my property four times. Their first visit was to carry out the necessary initial startup of my generator. They've also addressed a firmware update issue, reprogrammed my system after a lightning strike, and most recently, resolved a breaker issue. The team, including Brad and Gary, always ensures the job is done correctly on the first attempt. They're just great!

i called an electrician to help fix two outlets in my house that stopped working. gary answered my call and was really easy to talk to. he worked with my busy schedule and was very flexible when i needed to change the appointment. when gary came out, he explained exactly what was wrong with the outlets, how he would repair them, and gave me tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. he worked quickly, acted very professionally, and kept everything neat. the price matched what he told me on the phone, with no surprise charges. i found the cost very fair. living in texas, keeping my home’s electrical system running right is important, especially with the hot weather. i’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this electrician to anyone needing electrical repairs!
