I had two technicians from this electric company come out to fix several wiring issues at my house, and they were nothing short of excellent. They arrived on time, were polite and respectful, and kept the work area clean the entire time. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything they were doing in a clear, professional way.

Their work was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and functioning perfectly before they left. It’s hard to find this level of customer service these days.

I was surprised by how quickly I got scheduled (of course the cold weather may have accounted for it). Paz, who was our electrician arrived on time and gave us very detailed explanations of what we wanted to accomplish and how we could do it. Grant was absolutely amazing. Throughly explained each step of the installation process. Answered all of my questions and offered a few suggestions I didn't even think of. Grant was also meticulous in the positioning of the low profile ceiling light fixture. Clean up, perfect.

Had them come over to install a generator interlock and outlet. They were able to give me a decent estimate just from pictures and measurements I gave them.

Blue Line Electric is well represented by employee Alex who did a fantastic job on a variety of issues at my 28-year old home. He performed a general review of the electrical system cleaning and making adjustments as needed. He replaced a GFCI in the garage and checked all outlets for proper operation. He replaced 13 LED ceiling lights. Alex is professional, skilled and very good at explaining what he is doing and why. I especially appreciate his extra efforts to isolate the work area when replacing the recessed lighting. When you go into the ceiling you can’t prevent the insulation and dust from falling into the living area. I have a respiratory issue and he did an amazing job containing the debris, vacuuming and wiping down the area. I was so impressed with his work I decided to sign up for the membership plan which has very good benefits for the homeowner. I have also scheduled him to replace plugs and GFCIs around the kitchen work area to color coordinate with a new backsplash, and add under the cabinet LED lighting. Blue Line Electric is a family-owned business with a strong presence in the local community. They don’t give you high pressure sales or marketing jibber jabber just quality work that you can trust.
UPDATE: Very pleased with my recent experience with Blue Line Electric and technician Shaune. It is easy to see why he has earned the responsibility of being a Field Supervisor. He is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and explains what he is recommending and why. He replaced outlets and wall plates. We discussed options for linking LED lights in 2 display cabinets and connecting to a single switch, installing an additional outlet and adding a whole house surge protector. I was impressed with the range of options. Shaune is honest and trustworthy and I have absolute confidence in his judgment. I signed up for their annual service plan at an earlier visit and already see the benefits. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. They make you feel like your business is truly appreciated.

Paz did an excellent job with our install of a 240v level 2 EV charge plug and generator hookup with lockout. He answered all my questions and was very professional and courteous. Shaune and Grant from Blue Line Electric arrived about 9AM early that morning. They asked me several questions on what I needed to have done. After they did the analysis, they provided me 2 quotes. I selected option two and they went right to work. It took them over hour or so and they completed the job to the specs. Shaune even checked the Amperage and Voltage of the unit specs that would be plugged in to this new outside outlet to confirm there would be no issues. Since they were mapping the electrical line to the new outside electrical outlet from the electrical socket from my guest bedroom, they replaced the electrical socket in the bedroom since the old one was very worn. They also answered all my questions I had as they worked and even after they finished. Shaune and Grant did an outstanding job from start to finish. It was a great experience especially since this is my first time using Blue Line Electric
