We live in an old Garland neighborhood and badly needed to replace our old cedar fence. After some research we got 3 bids and ultimately selected 3NAILSLIVING. We are very glad we did. They quickly ordered the products needed for the project and started work the following day after it was delivered. The main product was a beautiful pre -stained Western Cedar. Most of the work was completed in two days. Just some minor adjustments were finished on the 3rd morning. We are very happy with our eight foot fence and the quality of the workmanship. 5 Star rating was earned.

This this company is spectacular. You have to work with them. I got like 5 quotes, they were the last ones we found online, but they got out here the same day and got us a quote before they left!

They included much more than anyone else at a lower price so we decided to give a new company a shot! They replaced my old fence and built me a board on board cedar fence with all the options, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result!

The communication through the job, the price point, the turnaround time, and the lighthearted nature of the owners, turned what would be something to worry about into a simple, easy install! Do not consider any other company!!!

The lines are perfectly straight, the gate swings smoothly, and the materials used are high quality. It has completely transformed our curb appeal and added so much privacy. New fence looks amazing. They came out, walked the property and explained their process. Their quote was lower than others but they didn't skimp on materials or craftsmanship. During the final walkthrough Zack noticed a couple blemishes that I didn't see and will be replacing the warped boards. I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the fence installation by 3 Nails Living. The job was completed efficiently and looks incredibly neat and beautiful. They started early in the morning around 8:30 AM and finished by 2 PM, which was impressive! The quality of the fence is significantly better than what the original builders provided, especially the staining of the wood which looks fantastic.

They also added an extension to my existing fence on both sides, which enhances the landscaping of my home. The flat top they installed gives it a polished look that was missing from the original builder's fence.

From our initial contact to the consultation with Zach, to permit acquisition, and job completion, everything happened in less than two weeks, which was amazing. I will definitely be using 3 Nails Living for any future landscaping projects. Thank you for the excellent work!"

Commissioned a 6ft board on board fence with double kick board and top cap with trim with 3 Nails. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies we talked to. Spencer did a great job explaining everything and the process. We were very particular about what we wanted and they went the extra mile to make it all happen. They did an amazing job on the fence and the gates, and did all the little extras we asked for. Zack and his crew made sure every little thing was perfect and to our liking before calling it a day. We are very happy with the end product. It’s a beautiful and solid fence and we are confident in the construction. We would recommend them to anyone.

Getting a fence quote in the past seemed outlandish. We have had several companies give us quotes to fix, update, stain, and replace our 30+ year-old dilapidated, and falling apart fence. (I am sure this sounds familiar). Then one day, while on Facebook, I clicked on an ad for a fencing company, and within an hour or two I had a text, asking if we could set up a time and date for a meeting.

On the day of that scheduled meeting (after a few sick days), we met two gentlemen, Zack and Spencer, the owners and proprietors of 3 Nail Living. These Gentlemen were well composed, on a mission, and straightforward about what could and would be done with our fence situation. I had explained the efforts of trying to get a new fence in the past, and they assured me this would be a project that they could deliver on. This wasn't the largest project, but not the smallest (200’ + of fence - 8’ tall).

From day one till the end of the project, there was open communication, excellent craftsmanship, and a great attitude. I cannot say enough positive things about Alex (the project foreman) and his crew. This project absolutely did not go smoothly; there were a few hiccups along the way. It was a true adventure!! The whole team took the time and made the effort to manage neighbors personally, fix water pipes and remove a truckload of concrete posts ( a lot of unknown unknowns ). There was always a positive interaction, a funny joke, and work was completed.

This fence and our backyard look fresh, clean, and updated. We feel like it belongs in a magazine.

3 Nails Living installed a beautiful black walnut cedar privacy fence and it looks ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! Zach came out and gave us a quote for a new fence and we signed the same day. He stayed within our budget and we are so proud of our new fence. The crew did a fabulous job removing our old fence and installing this gorgeous beauty!!
