My central air went out last night and all the companies wanted me to wait days even though I have asthma. Juan called me back immediately and said he could be there in 20 minutes. He found the problem quickly and had my air back working within 30 minutes

Over this weekend, my older AC system went in to a serious decline, and by Monday morning the coolest temperature I could get in my condo was 79 degrees. Since the AC system was old, I made appointments with Texas Climate Control Service and two other AC businesses to get estimates of the cost of a total replacement. Fortunately, Juan, Jr. of Texas Climate Control Service was the first professional to examine my AC system. Although I told him that I was looking at getting a new AC system, he pointed out that the electric motor for the fan was the cause of the breakdown, and that the compressor was in good shape and not leaking gas. So he got a replacement motor and installed it. Within an hour my condo was wonderfully cool for about 12% of what I anticipated with a total replacement. Now some AC businesses would say that Texas Climate Control Service was foolish in not just replacing the whole system. However, my old system won’t last forever, and based upon this experience with Texas Climate Control Service, that will be the first business I select for that replacement! The team at Texas Climate Control is incredible. I moved into A townhome with a damper system, brand new to me. It didn’t sound or feel like it was working properly, so Juan came out and did a full diagnostic for me. He talked me through exactly what is supposed to happen with my system and what it is supposed to sound like. He helped me clean the unit and make sure that was running efficiently. He took the time to educate me and make me feel comfortable without being pushy or talking to me as if I was silly for not knowing how things worked. Juan came out on a snowy day. My home warranty company had them service my home. Juan was on time and efficient. It was a Tuesday and my heat had been out since last Friday. it was below 17 degrees, hard to believe in Texas but Juan and his team were awesome, polite and efficient. I was so grateful to have the heat returned in my home in less than 30 minutes! Juan also gave me expectations of how long it would take for the home to heat up and explained why my heat stopped working properly.

For the first time in years my home is comfortable. Other companies tried and failed. This new system is so quiet and when you set the thermostat, the temperature in the room stays at that temperature. Haven’t received my electric bill yet but this system is supposed to save me a lot of money each month. Great service!
