Jeff was very nice and knowledgeable. I called him out to look at my water, and it turned out to be a simple end-user issue—something so easy. I’m not sure how I missed it, but since it’s a new house for me, maybe that’s why. There was no fee, which was awesome! I’ll definitely call him back if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Called late with an emergency hot water issue and Shana and Jeff were able to talk me through the problem and help me fix what I thought was a major issue over the phone. Their patience and expertise were so greatly appreciated. Thorough Plumbing has gained a new customer…I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

They were on time, Explained what was wrong and How it would be fixed And gave me an estimate prior to working on my plumbing problem. He was timely and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use their service again.
