I’ve been a customer with, One the Spot HVAC. They’re detailed professional and reassuring. I purchased a new 5ton Trann three years ago and have it serviced and maintenance every six months. Every technician has been Professional unable to explain what they’re doing.
Today I saw Jordan S who explained to me duct cleaning and UV Air cleaning, which is something I’m looking forward to doing in the near future.
I highly recommend this company and all their technicians.

I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and the team at On the Spot HVAC. After weeks of dealing with burning eyes and throat irritation every time my heater ran, they came out and took my concerns seriously from the very start.

They replaced the entire air handler in the attic, the outdoor unit, cleaned the ducts, and even cleaned my home afterwards. The whole job was done professionally and efficiently between 8:30 am and noon. Aaron was knowledgeable, honest, and made my health concerns a top priority instead of brushing them off.

The difference is night and day. The air in my house finally feels clean and safe again.

I called On The Spot HVAC after becoming increasingly frustrated by other reputable HVAC companies, who were quick to come out but not as detailed or methodical, and unable to diagnose the problem. From the first call with Jeff, who was so kind and considerate and really understood the frustration I had with no one being able to fix my heating/air conditioning problems in a rental property I own. Jeff said he would send out his senior technician, Patrick. This really reassured me. Patrick came out for my AC repair and furnace repair, and I was blown away by his honesty, patience, and professionalism. Patrick was so extremely knowledgeable, methodically diagnosed the problem, explained every step of what was wrong and what he was doing, and fixed the issue quickly. I have never met such a smart, kind, and knowledgeable HVAC technician before. He charged by the job, and I felt very happy in knowing that he stood by his work. I highly recommend On the Spot HVAC for all your Heating and AC needs and problems.

I've been using On the Spot to perform bi-annual inspections for the Summer/Winter seasons and they've been great. It's a relief to know you're system is maintained and working as it should. Also, any issues I've had they would come out right away and for free. Today, Jeffrey came by to do our winter inspection. He arrived on time and gave me updates and recommendations. Jeffrey was great. Efficient, communicative, and honest. He even was able to come earlier than anticipated after he communicated he was in the area. Sold me on a membership, but it’s reasonably priced and with that type of service I’m happy to keep doing business with them rather than waiting for a 6 hour timeframe some of these other places give.

On the Spot HVAC is a great company you can trust. Patrick McGraw has been wonderful to help me with my aging system. I had to replace the system but they were very upfront regarding pricing. Plus, their warranty and service agreement makes it a great deal. You can count on this company for your HVAC needs. I wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC needs.

Blue Line Electric was able to get me on the schedule the very next day. Paz arrived right on time and immediately began diagnosing the electrical issues throughout the house. The outdoor kitchen outlets were not working, and there was no power to the fan, light, or refrigerator. He provided a thorough explanation of the problem and had everything working again very quickly. I would highly recommend Paz and Blue Line Electric.

Had American Heritage out. Absolutely loved them. They just installed new Indoor Air Quality UV lights to kill biological growth in my AC units. Saved me thousands of dollars to prevent installing a complete new duct system on two of my five ton units. If you need a knowledgable and reputable AC and heating company, you can’t go wrong with American Heritage Air Conditioning & Heating Solutions.

Shaune and Grant from Blue Line Electric arrived about 9AM early that morning. They asked me several questions on what I needed to have done. After they did the analysis, they provided me 2 quotes. I selected option two and they went right to work. It took them over hour or so and they completed the job to the specs. Shaune even checked the Amperage and Voltage of the unit specs that would be plugged in to this new outside outlet to confirm there would be no issues. Since they were mapping the electrical line to the new outside electrical outlet from the electrical socket from my guest bedroom, they replaced the electrical socket in the bedroom since the old one was very worn. They also answered all my questions I had as they worked and even after they finished. Shaune and Grant did an outstanding job from start to finish. It was a great experience especially since this is my first time using Blue Line Electric

Daniel got us in a short time frame what was sold out everywhere else without any estimates for a future delivery from the brand name stores (online and in-store).
