Ridiculous Russell !

Russell does a great job highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my white sectional cleaning, carpets and nursery chairs this well. Russell was so thorough and spent the entire day making sure his work was nothing short of perfection. And he’s competitively priced. If I could give him 6 stars I would. My couch looks like new again!

Carpet Care Specialties did a great job and were very prompt. They cleaned our tile and grout and sealed the grout. We appreciate their hard work.

Russell came out to our home today to clean the carpets. We had one bedroom where the dog had a few accidents. He treated that room and cleaned the rest of our house. Our carpet looks brand new again! Thanks Russell for the quick response and excellent work.

I have used Caret Care Specialties on an annual basis since its inception and I can in all honesty and sincerity attest to the quality of their workmanship, the care to detail and any issues which need special attention, and the total trust of you and your property they adhere to. It is my pleasure to highly recommend them to care for your carpet, tile, and furniture needs.

The very best carpet snd upholstery cleaners I have ever had. They are always on time and very professional. They got every stain out and worked fast. I will never use anyone else.

Russell is the BEST! Carpets always look and smell so clean after he has finished. Have been a happy customer for over 20 years. Thank you Russell!

I’ve used Russell to clean my carpets and rugs for decades and he’s always done a great job - always prompt and professional. He and his partner Sterling have added tile floors to their services. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did today. Highly recommend!

I have used Carpet Care Specialties since moving to Plano in 1988. Russell has been my go to guy for carpets, area rugs and upholstery, through over 30 years of children, cats, dogs and general living! In May (2024) his new partner Sterling cleaned my carpets. He did a great job. Nice guy. It is good to know that my carpets are in good hands for the next many years. Couldn't recommend a better company.

Russell does a fantastic job! He cleaned my carpets and some upholstery, and everything smells wonderful and looks like new! They are very careful when moving their equipment around and are extremely conscientious about their work. I highly recommend Carpet Care Specialties!

The carpet specialist that came to our house was friendly, on time, and professional. Within 2- 2 1/2 hours our carpets smelled and looked clean. I am very pleased with the outcome and will use this company again.

Great communication and punctuality during the service.

The window cleaning team left my home with a fresh perspective.

Used these guys a few times now and would highly recommend, great service / price, easy to book and always prompt

Living in a high-rise apartment, we wanted our windows to showcase the urban landscape. This service not only cleaned our windows but also went above and beyond, ensuring every resident had a clear view of the city skyline. A true window wonderland!

I had unexpected family visitors, therefore I had to get window cleaning done quickly. My house shone brightly in a matter of minutes thanks to the quick and spotless services provided by DFW Window Cleaning of Allen. Ideal for last-minute visitors!

I met David 2 years ago, while I was on the struggle bus to find someone that could clean, speak English, AND care about MY stuff! He is careful, everything is very clean, and I highly recommend him. His sense of humor keeps me laughing which is just a bonus! He has now completed 2 move in and move out cleans as well as my monthly cleaning for over 2 years. The last move out May 2026, he cleaned the stove that I assured him didn't really need it because I had barely used it. When we did the check on the house, I could have used the door of the oven to eat off of. Truly cared enough to do it knowing it could affect our deposit!

All i can say is in 2+ years, nothing has been broken and everything sparkles, all with a warm and friendly sense of humor. I always look forward to "my day"!!!

Here are just a few photos of the last move out!
