Service guy was great but my washing machine is still smoking

They became very frustrated even using some foul language to himself. But noticeable to others. The repair seemed to take him a long time.He was having some difficulty putting it back together

1. Able was able to fix the dryer and it works fabulously.
2. Abel was unable to repair the refrigerator because the parts never arrived from Sears. NOW I have to wait another 10 days before my refrigerator will be repaired.
