Grady’s is amazing! They came out on Monday after a deep freeze and fixed my heater the same day. He went and got the parts came back and it fixed all within an hour. Absolutely recommend!!

Paid for AC maintenance check last summer that also included a winter furnace check up. Grady’s AC called me to remind me that they still hadn’t done the furnace check up and so I scheduled a time for them to come over.

There were 2 guys, both were courteous and very knowledgeable They finished the job very quickly too.

Will definitely use them next time.

Grady's AC & Heating Services is everything I could hope for. Lindsey, wonderful lady who answered the phone was so courteous, friendly and very helpful. She was able to get a service man out to my house the next day. Emilio was very professional as well as very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. I will definitely be using this company from now on. They get a 10+++ in my book!! Definitely 5*'s...Emilio even changed out n replaced my filters....

I found Gradys through my home warranty program but booked them outside my warranty package. They offered a great extended service maintenance plan for fall/spring. I had them out for a safety inspection on a 1 year old unit. Though I didn't expect any issues, I now have a reliable relationship with a local company. Fernando* was very kind and professional. I am pleased with the service I was provided. I scheduled them at my convenience via their texting option and scheduling was very quick and easy. Thank you from a new customer.

Just want to give accolades to Grady's AC a d Heating. My fan needed replacing and I had company coming the next day. Emilio and Lindsey worked out a plan ¹ to complete the installation in record time . The honest and professional group in the business.

Davis Mechanical was great! They sent someone out at 8pm and were able to diagnose and resolve an ongoing AC issue that three other companies couldn't. They effectively communicated what they found and what needed to happen and tested their work before leaving that night. Great customer service!

Highly recommend!! They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, walked me through what though they were going to do, and finished well within the timeframe. I did an enormous amount of research prior to choosing Davis Mechanical and I will use them for all my future needs. Norman was very nice and efficient on the phone! He was patient and professional. Buddy was able to come to my house within about 90 minutes (after hours!) and fixed our AC problem within about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company. They are very reasonably priced (best I came across!) and were quick in getting the job complete and my a/c up and running. They even made suggestions on what I could do to make my home even cooler (involved some light duct work), and it definitely worked (no more sweating in the game room)! Oh and I love that I didn’t have to wait a week for them to come... And I was so impressed with how nice and clean they left my home when they were done (the ladies know how much that matters to us!).
All of the staff (the owner, the repairmen—Eli & Buddy, and even the office manger who took my payment over the phone) were just lovely. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family/friends. You will not be disappointed!

I rent and my landlord called them out. Air handler and condenser were 30 years old and gave out. They actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time. Perfect. Get the A/C up and going earlier. They were super fast and had informative answers for the questions I asked. When I finally do purchase a home and need A/C repairs or change outs, I would definitely call these guys. Chris conducted my annual home air conditioning services today.He presented himself as a knowledgeable professional skillful technician.He was able to answer my inquisitive questions with patience and more importantly in terms I could easily understand.I feel very comfortable with his work.

I called this company because the company that came out before charged me $150 to check out my system. My home is only 2 years old and they wanted me to pay $300 to get a new piece to make my system work better.

I placed a called to service my HAVC systems. The representative was very polite and professional. They
was able to get someone out the same day. The technician Buddy was very professional and thorough he worked me through my entire system.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their system checked or repaired.

Our AC stopped functioning so we Called Davis Mechanical Contractors around 8am. We were told they would be here between 11 and 1, and we were given a heads up about half an hour before the person got here. Buddy is the person who came to repair our AC. He was polite and professional. He told me what was wrong and what needed to be done and I trusted him to do whatever was needed. Our system was repaired within an hour. Excellent work, will use them again in the future.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Davis Mechanical Contractors. Norman is an excellent individual, extremely respectful and he answered every question that I had. They were punctual and did a clean job installing my new A/C. Their price is very competitive and the office people helped me as well. I highly recommend them!
