We had half our house flood due to pipes bursting. With the help of Servpro team, Curtis, Wendy, Jose, our home became a home again. Had a minor issue with washing machine hose disconnecting and emptying into laundry room floor. Called Servpro and the techs and a supervisor were there within 20 minutes. Tried ServPro on a recommendation from a friend and wasn’t disappointed. The day started like something out of a disaster movie — water everywhere, waterlogged drywall hung from the ceiling like Stallone in Cliffhanger, and had me wondering if I should just convert my living room into an indoor pool. But then came the call… and like real-life superheroes, Kevin and his crew from ServPro of Amarillo swooped in.
Picture this: the Fantastic Four, but instead of capes and cosmic rays, they’ve got industrial fans, dehumidifiers, and a laser focus on saving your home. Kevin leads the team like Mr. Fantastic himself — calm under pressure, always one step ahead, and flexible enough to handle anything (including my endless questions).
Then there’s the crew: fast, efficient, and coordinated like they’ve trained for this moment their whole lives. These folks don’t just clean up water damage; they vanquish it. By the time they were done, my house was dry, organized, and somehow looked better than before. I half-expected theme music to start playing when they packed up.
If disaster strikes again (knock on wood), I know exactly who I’m calling — my hometown version of the Fantastic Four. Kevin and his ServPro superheroes truly live up to the motto: “Like it never even happened.” And honestly? They make it look that cool, too

Servpro has done cleanings, mold remediation and water damage jobs for me over the years, they came out again a few weeks ago and the crew they have now is absolutely amazing! Amaris & Kevin is who I spoke to over the phone and they were so patient, friendly and helpful. The people in the crew that were onsite were very respectful, trustworthy & knowledgeable. Kevin and his team from ServPro were wonderful to work with. They were kind and friendly but especially efficient at their job. Brent from Tiffany Reconstruction were extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done. Not planning to have any more flooding in our house but if so, I would highly recommend these two teams.

Amazing staff, excellent customer service, and just top-notch people. They did our remodel of our house and we couldn’t have been happier.

Called and was quoted basic pricing of $29 sf installed. Went in person and found a remnant matching what we needed and they said remnants were priced even cheeper. They were very inconsistent in the store with their pricing and secretive behind counter about pricing. So after being quoted a $29sf installed for the remnant we picked, which was supposed to be cheeper than their base price of 29sf they added a $250 “handling fee” to the price making it closer to $40 a sf. When asked about the $250 handling fee they said it was standard practice everywhere. I called several other businesses and no one charges this “handling fee”. They are priced cheep for a reason, there are hidden fees and it’s very deceptive business practices. Also one of their own google reviews is a fake review as it’s the owners son making the review.

Rudy, Hope and their staff did an incredible job on providing granite, wood look tile, and back splash to all areas in my new home as it was being built. They were fantastic! I highly recommend them. PS, I don't know why my name is showing as Sue B. Ru. I am Phyllis N.

Can’t even get them to come out and measure. First they just simply couldn’t make it and that’s ok things happen, I get it. So we talked on the phone and set a time for the next day. Then they didn’t sale that certain flooring anymore. I replied and said that ok we can still get the measurements though. 3 hours past the scheduled time I get a text saying 2:30 will work as if we didn’t discuss it over the phone the day before. Can’t imagine what kind of excuses would be in store after hiring them for a job.

Consider exploring their choices. Quartz inside, tons of granite choices inside and outside. Adrian is patient to help find Affordable pieces to stay in budget. I know, because I had 3 men hounding me to stay in budget. Found me a beautiful piece of granite.
