ServePro started out with a good crew removing my belongings to be cleaned after fire. I was told 5 months after fire they would need 3 days notice to return my belongings. When I called after 9 months when home was rebuilt, they said they had not completed the job cleaning items after my insurance had paid them a huge check and no eta of completion. I am devastated. I was told “you’re not the only fire”.

Great engagement, service and knowledge - our grease fire was assessed, reviewed with insurance and myself and the place completely cleaned within a few days! The house was cleaned so well, we can rest easy knowing everything has been taken care of. Now for the rebuild and Servpro will be with us!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF! THEY WILL BREAK/ RUIN/ DESTROY YOUR ITEMS!
They will keep your stuff for MONTHS while you rebuild only to find out they never cleaned it when you get it back. IF you get it back.
They will still charge you for those cleanings that didn't happen.
And if you decide to try to get your missing things back, get reimbursed for damages they caused or anything else- you might as well change their name to Casper in your phone because they will straight up ghost you.
They prey on those who are already going through difficult situations and take advantage for you. This is EXACTLY what they did to my sister & brother in law.
Below you can see their review from a couple of months ago when they began the process of trying to get their items back. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. When they finally got their items back many were missing, damaged, or broken. And even worse yet- most had not been cleaned.
Servepro was very helpful and polite until they recieved the insurance check. Since then they have been anything but that.
They now refuse to answer calls or emails.
The amount of items damaged/ broken/ lost is well over 6k. They stated they "mailed a check" which was never received. Then asked to pay by Zelle. Proof they never mailed the check?

This is Insurance Fraud.
This is not okay.

Do not use this company. Don't let your family or friends use this company. And please make sure to let everyone know why.

Amanda is a great and thorough technician. When she came out, she was helpful, informative, and incredible to work with. 5 stars for Amanda.
Melissa was my established point of contact. If she is your assigned point of contact, request someone else. I’m usually not one to write reviews, but she has significantly lengthened the testing process and added an incredible amount of stress to an already overwhelming situation. She has dropped the ball many times with lack of follow through, empty promises, and lack of communication. I would not recommend her as a point of contact.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and their response time is lightening fast. 10/10 highly recommend Servpro of Amarillo for all your water, fire, and mold needs.

If you ever have the misfortune of having to call Servpro for water damage in you house, ask to talk to Jessica! She will make it much easier and she will totally having you laughing by the time you get off the phone. It's the little things in life... like laughs during a VERY stressful situation. Extremely Disappointed -- Proceed with Extreme Caution 😠. DO NOT HIRE THIS CIMPANY.
Despite their name, "ServPro" was anything but professional. My experience with their service was deeply frustrating, non-transperant and extremely costly. It became clear to us, over one week, that the manager definitely lacked basic restoration knowledge and training and their actions appeared to have hidden intentions from the get go. They overwhelmed our property with unreasonable number of equipment, never responded to our repeated requests to provide explanation for their actions. It was clear that their primary focus was extracting as much of our hard earned money as possible. I had to get them out of my property. I strongly advise y'all to be extremely cautious and explore more reputable alternatives. Do not hire these folks. I called with an emergency not knowing where to start. I spoke with Jessica who quickly helped calm me down. Instead of putting me on hold to finish what she was currently working on, she transferred me to Amaris who also helped calm me down. When it all said and done these two wonderful and compassionate ladies sent me in the right direction. Curtis, Chance, and Cup (I believe that’s what his name was) were able to remove the water and have everything under control within 2 hours of me calling. The ladies also called to make sure that I was feeling better about the situation and ensure all was well and I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Kevin and his team were amazing to work with! My father’s house flooded and their team were quick on the scene to prevent further damage. We are so thankful!!

I cannot thank Servpro and their amazing team members, Curtis and Sara, enough. After a washing machine broke and flooded our business, they arrived within an hour and immediately got to work saving our building.
I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have them answer our distress call so quickly. They clearly explained every step of the process, set realistic expectations, and provided reassurance when I wasn’t sure if we could even keep our doors open. Thanks to their hard work, our business remained operational.

If you subscribe to dogs being a good judge of character then everyone who has entered our home can be vetted by two dogs. They love these folks!

Curtis and Devin were very professional and knowledgeable. They came in and completed the job thoughtfully and left the house the way they found it. They treated the house for the mold and we are confident it is all taken care of and won’t be a problem in the future.

I discovered I had a leak in my recently remodeled kitchen at 9pm on a Sunday night, Dec 29. Unable to get my plumber over due to them because out on a different emergency call, I knew I couldn’t ignore the problem until the next day. I couldn’t even tell where the water was coming from.
After a brief google search, I reached out to Servpro and they arrived about 11pm and started the water mitigation. (Flooring specialist from Amarillo Floor told me that getting started on the water mitigation so quickly saved my subfloor). I am extremely appreciative of ServPro’s professionals for showing up that night and for Chance and Wendy’s continued care until my kitchen subfloor and new cabinets were dry! I’m certain they saved me thousands!
