Constraction reviews in Amarillo, Texas

The young man i dealt with, Nicholas Robbins, made a particularly complicated job easy with amazing result. Our home required over $130,000 in repairs and Nic worked with us to not only insure that the repairs were completed to a high standard but he also insured that as the homeowner we made the choices that gave us the homeowner the most return on investment and overall value even when it vastly lowered his personal earnings from the project. On many occasions the insurance was poised to pay for installation of products that would have cost 4x the maximum value added to our home and while they would have paid Nicholas and the supplier handsomely, would not have been the best value for the my family even with the cost being paid by our insurance. When I asked Nicholas what seemed to be best option for my family he didn't hesitate to answer with the honest answer and the one that made him less money. INTEGRITY at every juncture of the very long and complicated project and most importantly he put that integrity to work for us his customer to make sure he did what was profitable and beneficial to our family and not himself. I wouldn't hesitant to call him a friend nor would I hesitate to recommend him and Texas Plains to anyone that needs to have someone looking out for their families best interest when having repairs or additions made to their home.

This is a fantastic company to use for your roofing needs. In Bushland, I have unfortunately had to put several roofs on in the last 10 years. I can say hands down, that the roof that Texas Plains put on is the best yet. Best looking, best cost, timely and professional. Will definitely use them again!

They have done a top quality job on everything they have done for me!

I used Texas Plains Contractors to get a new roof and new siding on my house. Chase went above and beyond for me. Not only does my house look amazing but he took off all of the stress of having to deal with the insurance company. I could not be more pleased with the services he and his team provided. I will definately be referring this company to anyone I know who needs exterior work done to their house.

Finding a contractor who shows up and finishes the job in a timely manner is rare. The Texas Plains guys are a true gem! Jake and his team installed a new roof and siding then rolled with my extra requests with a smile on their faces. And did I mention they worked until the job was done? There was no disappearing for days or weeks. And the bill was exactly what we had discussed before the work started. Highly recommend these guys!

The job was completed quick and professionally. They did roofing, siding and painted for us and we were are very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Texas Plains. .

I had a great experience working with Jake Childers with Texas Plains Contractors. I was stood up by another roofer - honestly it was such bad experience and stressful. I was given Jake's number by a friend who highly recommend him. I am so glad I called!! Jake and his team were prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that they didn’t make me wait—they started the job quickly and stayed on schedule. I had two leaks to my roof and Jake pinned down the problem without me having to replace the whole roof. The previous roofer that stood me up, told me I needed a whole new roof that would cost me thousands of dollars. I really appreciate Jake's honesty and attention to detail. The quality of Jake and his team's work was excellent (and I am a picky person). I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!

Satisfied customer! Texas Plains Contractors did an excellent job of replacing my roof. The workmanship is top notch. I’m very pleased with the solar attic fan they recommended. I would definitely recommend TPC!

I heard about Texas Plains from my sister who had heard about them from a friend, and boy am I glad I did! Jake has been so awesome to work with. He made sure everything went smoothly with my insurance company and took all the stress out of this whole process. The roof was replaced yesterday and looks so good! I will definitely be working with them again in the future and referring them to everyone I know!

We recently moved to Amarillo and once again needed Texas Plains to replace a roof due to hail damage. And once again they took excellent care of us from start to finish! A special thanks to James Camden for coordinating the entire process with friendly professionalism.

Amazing team to go with for your construction needs! Erick is both very professional and organized. You will not be disappointed! Give them a call!

I highly recommend this company! Our project specialist was Jeremy Wilson. He was very professional, knowledgeable, answered every question I had, responded quickly, and he was able to schedule our survey right away! We will definitely use them again!

Pedro and his team worked hard to get our insurance company to replace our wood shake roof. They did an amazing job!

One of my neighbors used this company for his new roof. I contacted them for mine. Here's the story. I was insured by allstate insurance. DO NOT USE THEM! They were not willing to pay at all. Gave every excuse in the book. B@$+@rd$!!! I contacted another roofer first, whose name I won't give. When they found out what allstate was pulling, they abandoned me and left me high any dry. It looked like I was going to get royally screwed. "EXCEL" to the rescue. They took on allstate and got allstate to cough up the cash!!! Now, I have a new roof and a new roofing company, if I need them again.

I am looking for quotes for my roof and spoke with Brittany Burch. What excellent customer service she has! Very knowledgeable of the roofing business and explained everything to me very well, very informative!
