I called to get an estimate on my electrical work needed. It was 2 weeks before he got around to coming by to look at everything. I told him I needed an estimate if that was not possible at least a list on paper for everything needing to be done. He said he would have to check with the city office to find out the status of a permit for the work that had been done. I contacted him by text a week after he came and made notes of what needed to be. To see if he had an estimate he did not because he was stuck on a job was his message by text. He told me he would have it by the end of the week. So I texted to see if it was available. He texted no the city is moving slow. And he was too busy to bug the city about it. He said he had to know where we are before giving a quote. I texted back what does that mean I don’t understand. He said it means we are waiting on the city. That is no information for me to understand that. That was was a Friday and our 3rd day of texts since he came to my house. So I thought about how texting is not working to give me an understanding of what the waiting means. So on Monday I called him for the first time since he came to my house to see what my electrical needs were. NOT ONLY DID HE NOT RETURN MY CALL. HE TEXTED ME SAYING I WAS BUGGING HIM!!! A COMPLETE LIE I WAS WANTING AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT HIS VAYGUE TEXT MEANT. That’s not bugging him. He DID NOT TREAT ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING MAYBE BECAUSE I’M A WOMAN. He had NO RESPECT for me!!! He says again by text a complete disregard that I left a message to have my call returned. In my opinion he is not a good businessman. And treated me like a nonhuman.

Cody is a man of integrity! He’s done various electrical jobs for us including several things for our pool! He’s an honest guy with very reasonable prices! We use Cody for all of our electrical needs!!

I use CodeWell Services exclusively and always have a great experience. I own many rent houses that are all older and need varying degrees of repairs to full on electric conversions. They always take care of me. I also use them at my personal residence as well. The owner and staff are very friendly and strive for perfection, which surprisingly enough is not a common trait among trade workers. I would recommend CodeWell Services for any business or personal electrical needs.

They came right out and did a great job. On site they are pleasant and likable but all business. They did great work for an honest and reasonable cost. I'll call them every time.

We have used CodeWell for all our home electrical projects. Recently we had Jacob and Kyler out to complete some summer projects. They installed light fixtures, a ceiling fan with an extension on a vaulted ceiling, ran new electrical for outdoor lights, and changed out lights in our living/dining room and porch. I can't say enough about these two young men. They are incredibly polite, they clean up after themselves, and they communicated with me on placement of lights and switches. When one set of outdoor lights was proving to be troublesome, they communicated with me about possible solutions and let me decide how to proceed.
If you are looking for an honest company with great communication for a fair price CodeWell is the company to use!

Should have done this a while back, but it came to mind just last week with the freeze. Cody did an amazing job on a small project for us. A custom setup for a small water tank we wanted to set up. Cody put in a failsafe and with the freezing temps recently, the system worked just as designed. Saved our pump!! Thanks!!

I called them in the morning and they came in the late afternoon before they closed. They were very friendly and they listened to me while I told them what my issue was. And they went to work and checked the breakers inside and out. They found the issue and had it fixed quickly and I was pleasantly surprised.
