I called for service. The guy stated they would be at the house between 9 and 9:30 on Thursday morning. At 9:55, I called to inquire why they were not here. The same guy stated, "Yeah, I know. I'll be there in about 20 minutes." I told him to forget it and called another electrician.
He never apologized for not showing up on time, running late or for losing a customer.

Called at 9 am and was told they could be here at noon.
They arrived promptly at noon.
They were done in less than 2 hrs.
The price was affordable.

Will definitely use them again.

We had some water get into our basement and messed up the electricity downstairs. We called Chambers and Josh came out less than 30 minutes. He figured out the problem was a fan full of water, got power back on, and got rid of the damaged fan. He cleaned up, answered questions, and was a huge help! We will be calling them back for our fan install later, and will be using them for any future electrical needs.
