General Contractor reviews in Amarillo, Texas

Cody was fast, professional, and his communications were timely. The masonry project was completed quickly and came in under the amount quoted. Very pleased with the quality of work, and the site was cleaned as if no work had been done. Thank you CK Construction .

Can’t speak enough great things about this amazing company. Cody is an excellent communicator, priced fair, and delivers excellent service and quality. I have been very happy with my two experiences and already looking forward to what’s to come. Thank you 🙏🏻

These guys are great! Quick quotes, quick communication, quick lead times and great quality. Do recommend!

Cody fixed a leak problem with my metal roof.Very quick response . Grateful for his expertise.

CK Construction updated two of our bathrooms. Cody, the owner, is meticulous, and totally devoted to ensure his customer is satisfied with the work he and his team perform. We had two bathrooms that received new sinks, countertops, mirrors., lights, faucets, and the master bath a new bathtub. I also had several cabinets built, installed, and painted. All the work was top-notch and for a very reasonable cost.

Cody and his crew that did this project for me and my wife were wonderful. They have always treated me with integrity. I would recommend CK construction on just about anything you need in construction.
Thanks again CK construction and God blesd!!

Wonderful company. They did a beautiful job. Highly recommend. Honest

CK construction did a fabulous job with our entire build! We had contractors every single day except when raining (understandably)at our house getting the house complete in just under 1 year. Doing a quality job and in a timely manner. Our build was a large project and our dream home is built and beautiful. We highly recommend Cody as a Builder and a very pleased :)). Thank you CK construction.

Cody “saved the day.” We initially hired someone else to do our renovation and it was a disaster. Cody and his team not only cleaned up and completed the botched remodel, but they did such a good job, I hired them for another project. HIGHLY recommend Cody and CK Construction!!

Amazing! Cody was very prompt and professional! He gave us nothing but the best in customer service. When he was not 100% satisfied with the end result he made the final adjustments!! I would highly recommend CK Construction!!
Thank you!! Lori Starbuck

We had CK Construction do our countertops, sinks and appliances updates in our home. Cody was prompt with communications and answers to our questions. Any issues we had, he was quick and very efficient in rectifying them. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and bathrooms and we highly recommend CK Construction.

We've used CK Construction for three projects. The 1st was a patio extension and 8'x10' custom storage shed, which was a new build. The second was installation of solar attic fans and the third was a master bath and kitchen cabinet remodel. We are extremely pleased with how all the projects turned out. The bids for all were extremely fair and substantially lower than other contractors in town.

The master bath was a gut of a clawfoot tub and 4'x4' shower stall to create an ADA accessible roll in shower and a lower roll up to vanity. We could not be more pleased with how it turned out. The barn door, heated towel rack, custom fold up/down teak bench and the dual exhaust/heater/light were really wonderful additions. In the kitchen I had doors to shelves removed and drawers built in their place, so everything is now easily accessible, and it has given us so much more storage. See photos below.

Cody kept me informed on what subs were coming and when they would be at my home, and he made sure that if they didn't clean up sufficiently after they left that he personally came by and cleaned up after them.

We've already made plans to have him install a canopy next spring over the patio extension and our back driveway. You will not regret choosing to go with Cody and CK Construction, in fact you'll be glad you did!

I highly recommend CK Construction for their exceptional work. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and transparent with pricing. The installation crew worked efficiently, leaving the job site spotless. The finished results look fantastic and are performing perfectly. They handled several different updates at our home showing true commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

CK Construction removed and replaced my roof in 8 hours. They did a great job too. Cody is very professional and treats his customers with absolute respect. I will definitely use this company for any future construction needs. I highly recommend.

I’ve had Cody replace two roofs for me now (1 in Canyon and 1 in Lubbock) and have been thoroughly satisfied with both jobs! He has been easy to work with, has helped me get things settled with insurance and understand their process, and has done excellent and quick work both times. Would highly recommend!

What can I say about Cody Konnecke!. The word integrity is falling short of the amazing job and attention to detail that they do! I always feel very secure with the people he hires to work on different jobs around our establishment! I would recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I asked Cody, of CK Construction, to bid a job at my house south of Canyon after the hail storm in June. After thoroughly inspecting the damage, he explained why he made the recommendations he did and gave me a competitive bid for roof replacement and a concrete project I needed. My projects were scheduled at a time when roofers in Canyon were very busy. When I hit a snag because of the insurance complications he was really great to reschedule everything until the insurance problem could be resolved. When the work started he and his roofing and concrete crews showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a top notch job. He communicated with me throughout the process and made sure to follow-up after each project was finished. I highly recommend this company and would definitely call on him again for future needs.

I highly recommend CK Construction for any remodeling project. Cody’s professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. He rescued us from a bad contractor and repaired and completed work that another contractor didn’t finish.

We recently hired him to replace the columns on our back porch and to also install flooring in one part of our house. We were on a tight deadline and Cody made it happen in record time.

Do yourself a favor and let him quote your work. You won’t be disappointed.

I am pleased to highly recommend Cody of CK Construction for any remodeling or new construction project.

Cody exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail. Three years ago, during the construction of an addition to my home, we found ourselves in a difficult situation with a previous contractor. Cody stepped in, assessed the project thoroughly, and guided it to successful completion with competence and care.

More recently, I entrusted him with a major repair to our boys’ bathroom. Once again, he delivered outstanding results, completing the work with precision and ensuring every detail met our expectations.

Cody is a contractor you can trust. He takes great pride in his work and is committed to ensuring his clients are fully satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any construction or remodeling needs.

Cody is an amazing contractor to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way through out my entire bathroom remodel. If something was not to my satisfaction, he got it corrected quickly. Only had a few hiccups in the process and he made them right. He hires quality sub contractors and is easy to work with. I highly recommend him for big or small projects and look forward to working with him again in the near future.

Great company!
