Got two rugs cleaned here. They came out, picked them up, and dropped them back off at my house. They did a great job. So many Steam Cleaners are inexperienced and do a bad job. I think Amarillo Steamway is the only Certified Master Rug Cleaner in Amarillo.

Our carpets look 10x better! He went the extra mile to make our carpet look great.

They were very courteous and professional, on time to the appointment that we set, and went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly. Had an appointment at up to have the house sprayed. I was notified the day before who would be arriving and at what time. The day of the appointment I recieved a call from David the technician who would be doing the work.
Davis arrived on time and was polite and courteous and answered all of my questions.

Good people! They're on time, reliable and super friendly. Oh and it's affordable too. Without Orkin I know 100% my house would be crawling with scorpions so I'm very glad they come out 👍

When the Orkin man comes out, it's always a pleasant visit. He asked me if there's any problems that need addressed and goes through his normal routine. He is polite and professional. The only downfall I have had with this company is not in fact with the routine work, but getting a hold for a respray with all of the recent rain I had cold and even requested through the website and also talk to somebody who would leave a message for the receptionist to get back to me and no one ever reached out. I just happen to be able to wait it out Till my next routine spray, but the service itself is great. We just happen to get a lot of rain and I was needing a re-spray.
