I was pleased with the service, but not pleased with the understanding how it would trap me into a yearly agreement. I would advise the office who books the appointments to be more specific on the requirements. For example; make sure the client(s) know they will be in an agreement and not just having service done three times and if they don’t want that the price will increase upon first time service. Other than that I was pleased with John.

Gregory S. David and Bob Cowley with Orkin were both very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. They were polite and all about making sure we were happy with the service.

At first I was thinking this is a bit pricey, but they were the first ones I called for a price quote. After calling around, I've realized they are well priced for their services and they were literally the only ones I called that asked about any pets or children in the home. Weird nobody else asked even if I was just needing a quote. GREAT customer service. From the time I called for a quote to the first visit today. The man that came out today was very polite and friendly, well knowledgeable, did a thorough job, and very mindful of our pets. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend Orkin (as of right now, will update about initial services and treatment).

Great company! Very kind and affordable

I requested a quote on a late Friday evening and got a call Saturday morning from them. They had scheduled me for the following Monday. But someone from the local office called me about 30 minutes later and scheduled for someone to be out within the hour! Brandon was our guy. He is AMAZING! He answered all of our questions and listened to all our concerns. He was just awesome! He took his time and addressed all our unseen issues. The interaction was fantastic! So shout out to I believe it was Don and Brandon!!

Mason and his team were very kind. We have a massive flea issue in the back yard and they were willing to come back every time I called to spay again to try and resolve the issue. They are willing to listen to your concerns and try to resolve them.

We had two young men working extremely hard all day from 9am to 4:30 PM. They were very professional very nice and very knowledgeable about the product about exactly how the products work and I feel very confident in what they got done . We were informed that there are several colonies in our city, but I was mortified when they showed up here! I would highly recommend this company, because I am positively thrilled at the amount of help and work that they did. There is no doubt in my mind that we are definitely gonna be rid of these nasty bugs. Oh yes, they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Both hard-working, with great personalities, and very attentive to any and all of our questions.

Our technician was right on time and worked quickly to get what he needed, done! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about extermination and we truly felt comfortable with the services provided. We felt like our technician truly cared about our concerns and did a great job solving them!
