Henry was very professional and arrived a little early from when the appointment was set. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our dog had ruined our couches with urine or so we thought until Henry came along and cleaned it right up. We also had lots fo stains in our old carpet including a very noticable red wine or juice stain and he was able to get it out no problem. Highly recommend for carpet cleaning. Very reasonable on price as well.

Henry explained every step of the process thoroughly, worked quietly and efficiently, and most importantly got our carpets and area rugs super clean. He completely removed some very bad stains that had been there for years. Our carpet is 23 years old and it looks like new! When he was done everything was almost dry and looked and smelled great. 100% recommend.
