We've used Amarillo Dry Carpet at our church for the past few years. They always do a great job at a competitive price.

Came in and did the job. Explained everything to me before they started. Asked where the main concern area I needed cleaned. Very polite and professional. When they were done and it was completely cleaned/dried I was very pleased with the results. I recommend them for all your flooring needs.

They did an absolute amazing job!! I had spots in my carpet that I swore would never come out and they are gone! It literally looks like brand new carpet!! They were also very professional, very respectful, and very polite! Extremely happy!!

Great service. Kelly picked up our 2 wool rugs on Tuesday and returned them on Thursday. Very fast turnaround and the rugs look great. Kelly even helped me move my dining room table when he brought the rugs back. Highly recommend!

They showed up timely, got the work done quickly and thoroughly, and were kind and congenial. My house smells fresh and delightful, in a non-chemical way, which is what I wanted. I will definitely use them again. They did a great job!

This is the second time I have used Amarillo DryCarpet Services, and both experiences were excellent. They cleaned area rugs for me, one with many pet stains and they worked so hard to get them out and I am very pleased with the results! Pickup and delivery were fast and convenient! I highly recommend!!

Addendum: I used them once again and had great results yet again! I had the same rugs cleaned as well as two of my upholstered dining chairs, and the results were amazing!! Kelly and his crew are efficient, courteous, and they did wonders with my job! Thanks again, guys!!

Showed up on time. Very professional. 15 years of grime on a recliner & they did a good job. Price was good too. I'll use them again!

We built a new home and had over 1000sq foot of tile to clean post construction. The tile had a film from grout but otherwise no paint or drywall issues. Kelly was very gracious when we called stating that we were not satisfied with the work. He came and looked at the tile and stated it was not adequately rinsed and they would come back to get the job done correctly. They showed up and Kelly was with his crew. Near the completion of the work, Kelly left and that is where the problem began (see photos). The crew immediately went into speed mode just to get done and again poorly rinsed. It became obvious that the issue was getting done quick and not making sure it was done correct. Also, the crew did not even make time to look at the floor to see if there were issues. Kelly is a tremendously kind person and I believe he cares. Problem is his crews seem to be more concerned with getting finished than doing quality work. You can see the exact point the boss left on the floor.

Our hardwood floors were dull and scratched. Amarillo Dry Carpet was able to restore them. They do not cut corners and are professional and affordable.

They did a great job cleaning my couch. I also had 2 large rugs that had pet urine stains. They kept me informed during the entire process of the cost and I appreciated it. They cleaned the rugs and they are as good as new. I highly recommend them. Great customer service too!

I was in desperate need for carpet cleaning services on a Friday and started calling all places recommended. Out of all the people I talked to Kelly was the best!! All the other places wanted to send someone out to do an estimate next week. We were in a situation where we really couldn't wait that long. Kelly said he would "fit us in" Saturday afternoon!!! I was amazed and so grateful!! Naomi and Mario showed up and did an AWESOME job. The person who lived here before us had big dogs locked in one of the bedrooms and they had urinated in areas of the living room as well. The carpet is only 2 years old!! We tried to clean it ourselves and replaced some of the padding but it was still stained and stinky!! We weren't sure if it was going to be salvageable...but THEY DID IT!! They explained everything and showed me where the trouble spots were as well. AND they didn't charge me an arm and a leg either!! Very reasonable for what we needed!! Thank you Kelly and your crew!!! I will be blasting positively about your business!! 🥰
