I scheduled Cain’s to come out to clean my carpets after a water leak. I showed up thinking they would be there for a long time but Hayden knocked the job out quicker than I could imagine. Great job and thank you for getting rid of that smell!

8/4/17 .. I just had my carpet cleaned. The same dirty walkways have not disappeared. I will call them tomorrow and report the outcome.

They did an awesome job! I was convinced we were just going to have to replace the carpet in the home we just purchased because of the stains. Instead, they cleaned them so good I don’t think we’ll have to replace them for years. Well worth the money!

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are the only company I trust with our carpets. With four small dogs accidents happen. Cain's ALWAYS makes them look new. Cain's Carpet came to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and cleaned our gym floor, all the areas where we have tile and the traffic areas of our carpet and all of the sanctuary. The technician was AMAZING. The bid was for 2 days. It had been several years since we had our tile professionally cleaned and you could tell. The technician was so thorough that he cleaned certain area's of our tile 3 times to get the "streaks" to go away. That put him behind on the carpet cleaning the next day but he stayed after hours (no fault of the technicians) to get the job done. We will always call Cain's!!! They are prompt and go above and beyond to get the job done correctly. The technician was polite and the woman who answers the phones to take appointments is very polite and a joy to talk too. Everyone working for this company, we had any kind of contact with, acted like they enjoyed their job and were happy giving great customer service. THANK YOU Cain's.

I called several places in Amarillo to spot treat an area where my dog urinated after a new move in which almost everyone said it would be $200. Cain’s charged a fraction of the price and they were very responsive and friendly. Gerardo was an excellent tech and got rid of the odor quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this place!

Apex did a great job on my truck interior.made the seats and carpets look new I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing upholstery cleaning.

We had 3 rooms cleaned for $99 special. They did an amazing job and it looked like a new carpet. We had to call them back to get one room recleaned(our fault, not theirs). And they charged a minimal fee. It seemed like it did not work as well as we wanted so we contacted them again to see if they could help us out. They came back and did the room again at no charge. All rooms are still fresh and clean after 2 weeks. Extremely easy to work with and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Took the time to explain my issue with the plumbing and that our plumbing it backed up, took the time to schedule out a service and have them come out only to tell me that they couldn’t clean it because it wasn’t already cleaned. Never never use these people never again.

I admittedly left the house in a very bad shape. And Two Maids came and did an amazing job cleaning up my mess. Will recommend them to friends and family.
