House Cleaning reviews in Amarillo, Texas

This group exceeded my expectations. I scheduled last minute, just two or three days ahead and they fit me in on a holiday. Bri and Abby we very helpful and worked diligently. They communicated clearly and seemed happy to be working at my home. They finished the agreed upon work ahead of schedule and then checked to see if there was more they could do for me. I’m very pleased.

I was extremely disappointed. I work a lot of hours so it takes me a while to double check everybody's work when I should not have to. I walk into the guest bathroom to take a shower after I get come home from work. And I look at the soap dish the tub and I shake my head. Really, is it that hard to clean? I sprayed some cleaner on it and had to use some elbow grease but  it cleaned up. I'm like, what else did they not do? I walk into the other rooms to check the window locks  as the  bathroom window was not locked. None of the windows were locked. I get to the master bedroom where I  see a broken window, not locked. Of course, I look around in there and I'm like is the floor that dirty I spray a little bit cleaner on it. Wipe it up. Yep What I thought missed that also. walking through the rest of the house and they Missed the entryway closet ? The whole closet, all along the bottom of the cabinets the tile flooring was still dirty, good thing I got the deep clean ? I could not believe what I saw.  I wait till after Christmas to let her know about the window, my biggest concern and she's like well this has been a while ago? and she tells me. Oh well, my people said they didn't break a window. I said it was not broken before so now what?  I should have known better when she wanted full payment up front, but that's what I get for thinking .So we're not going to pay for your window. I am not sure about the other reviews on here but ,this was very unprofessional. I finally sat down to watch a little tv. Hum well that's not working. I check everything and it all looks good ,I call my provider and luckily he goes over everything and we find a cord that was unplugged and left under the tv stand not hooked up.  I then throw clothes in the dryer and I 'm like what now ? I guess the dryer vent does not need to be hooked up as it is just dangling there not hooked up? I have been out of town and came back to my house. I still can't believe it .So if you hire them, take real good pictures of everything before they start because they are "perfect" and your house was trash before they showed up and whatever shape it is in after they clean it is all on you. I would have thought the proper response would be  ,Let me come over and look and see what we need to do to fix the problem. Nope  they don't care a bit .

Before I share my experience, I recently read through the reviews and noticed that the owner, Shawna, has an excuse for everything and never once listens to the customer or offers to address the issue. Please let this be a red flag not to use this company!

Classic cleaning has cleaned my house several times, recently I arrived at the time when she was to be finished. When I walked in the house, the lady was mopping the master bedroom and said she was finished. I looked around and could see NOTHING had been touched, I could visibly see the floor had not been swept and there were no cleaning supplies out. I walked thru the house and opened the other bedroom doors, no beds made, no floors swept, no trash taken out, no bathrooms cleaned, nothing at all had been done. I went back to the lady and asked her how long she had been in my home, she answered “2 and 1/2 hours”. I asked her why she hadn’t swept the floors, she answered “she did not have a dustpan and what did I want her to do, pick it up with her fingers”? I then asked her why she hadn’t made the beds, she answered “the doors were closed and she does not open doors if they’re closed”. I asked her why she hasn’t vacuumed, she answered “she did not have a vacuum “. At this point, I asked her what in the hell had she been doing while in my home for 2 1/2 hours?! I then told her I will no longer be using this service and asked her to leave immediately. My son began trying to call Shawna but she would not accept the calls. I called Shawna about 30 minutes later, after receiving an invoice from her, and she blamed me for the issue because I said the word hell when I asked her employee what she had been doing while in my home. Shawna, the owner of this company, evidently sent an employee to my home with no cleaning supplies to clean the house and thought it was ok that the employee just hang out in my home for 2 1/2 hours then mop and leave. It is such an invasion of privacy to know that someone was just sitting in my home for that long. Please trust me when I say look for a different cleaning company. As with many other reviews, I’m sure the owner will respond with excuses as to why she sees this as acceptable and not responsible.

I’ve had clean, then cleaner, but finally got to Classic Cleaning and so glad I did! These ladies came in with a force and after hellos went straight to work. Very pleasant and personable but stayed on track and with a mission. They worked well together, each with their own vacuum and products. The whole project appeared seamless and was highly efficient. Suddenly everything around me is sparkling clean. But the best part? Knowing they’ll be back! 😊 Thank You!

I love classic cleaning! This cleaning service was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. They do an amazing job of cleaning your house. Shoutout to Ms Shery! She is a wonderful person! We love her! Also to Heather, I think she is nice too! I think they are excellent! They respond immediately if you have any queries. My only concern is when the other cleaner can’t come in, they will send somebody else who is not the one you are used to or your regular cleaners. But Overall, I have not had any problems with them so far. Thank you!

I am just gonna save myself some time and copy and paste this and my last review going forward! They do INCREDIBLE work! Each employee who has performed the cleaning works hard! This time I thought I would just peek in one of the corners, thought for sure they didn't get this spot.... They didnt miss a thing! HIRE THEM NOW!

Sherry and Jacelyn arrived like a couple of whirlwinds to our home which hasn’t been reeeally cleaned in about a year, due to family illness. In three hours they made our home spotless. Everything is shiny and clean again! I’m all happy to be in my own home again!! YAY! Thanks you guys!!!!

I love Classic Cleaning!! All the ladies are very nice and do a great job! It gives me a bit of a break from house cleaning once a month which is so nice! After they're done the house always looks and smells so fresh and clean! If your looking for someone to give you a hand i would give them a try!

The Classic Cleaning was fantastic, They were very prompt, and started cleaning instantly amd asked us what we exactly wanted. We provided leather cleaner for our sectional couch and they cleaned it with no problems. When they finished they walked our house with us to make sure we were happy before they left. We are extremely pleased with their work and can't wait to have them on a regular basis.
