House Cleaning reviews in Amarillo, Texas

Purchased a home and hired Classic Cleaning to do a pre-move-in cleaning based on my Realtor's recommendation.

The house was not all that dirty, and vacant, but the company told me it would probably take two days worth of cleaning.
I was out of town at the time they showed up, a friend let them in, they were apparently prompt, after the first day my friend called and said he couldn't see Any evidence that they had done anything.
They came back the second day, and I arrived in town about four days later.

For the alleged two days of cleaning that they did, all the evidence that I could see of them having done anything was the floor in the kitchen and dining room had been mopped, and the carpets had been vacuumed.

The baseboards had not been cleaned, there was enormous concentrations of Lint and dust in the corners, the oven had Splatters on the glass and residue inside and had not been touched, the sinks had water stains and (they had not cleaned the fixtures or faucets), and none of the windows had been cleaned, even the glass on the front storm door was fingerprinted and dirty.

I expressed my displeasure to the owner, who volunteered to come and "re-clean "at no charge, which I declined.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression and I didn't see any reason to waste my time on what would've probably been more of the same.

It appears many people seem to like them, either I just got someone on a bad day, or they took advantage of me because I was out of town. Either way, it was a horrible waste of almost a $1000.

Had guests coming in for the weekend and needed a quick turnaround. Classic cleaning said no problem and got me on the books quickly. They did a great job, the house looked amazing. They communicated well and showed up on time. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend.

Shauna and her team were a fantastic help when we needed a deep cleaning scheduled quickly ahead of photos for a home sale listing. She was very kind and friendly, extremely communicative, price was absolutely fair, and the staff did a wonderful job, especially given that they worked late and it was short notice. We will keep Classic Cleaning on the rotation for touch ups in the future!

I needed a rent house cleaned that was going up on the market soon and they were able to get me in very quickly. They really did a fantastic job, there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, including inside the appliances, cabinets, and drawers. Shauna was a joy to work with for scheduling and payment and the price was very reasonable. Will not hesitate to use them on the next one!

We hired Classic Cleaners site unseen and they did not disappoint. They were quick, efficient and personable. I highly recommend this company. Our house is small but very cluttered, so the dusting was extremely important. Excellent job ladies.

I have been a customer of Classic Cleaning for almost 10 years and I can honestly say I will never use another cleaning service, ever! Their attention to detail and thoroughness is top notch and is hard to beat! The staff is very professional and treats your home like it’s theirs. They are respectful of times and scheduling. Their online portal allows you to see when your next appointment is and to pay bills which is very handy! They even managed to get my dogs to love them and get excited when they come to clean!

I wouldn't recommend working here or having them clean your house. The workers are paid a small % of what price you pay. They overcharge for their services. You are better of having an independent house cleaner come out.
