Very rude company. Answered the phone rudely, and was very unhelpful. Possibly won't give you the time of day. Wouldn't recommend.

Got a great deal on carpet cleaning, really cheap. Will recommend to anyone needing to get rid of carpet stains.

Got three rooms done in a little over an hour including stretching one room. Price was fair and carpet did get clean, can't complain. 12/10/12

Excellent job stretching out a bubble that had appeared in the carpet. Can't tell it was ever there. Cleaned and applied scotchgard for a very reasonable price. Will use them again.

Allen does a very excellent job. He gives people heads up on everything he does and helps out where and when he can. His work is high quality and wouldn’t let you down

Allen is a very nice guy that goes above and beyond to get the job done. He works with people that do not have the best resources and his jobs look phenomenal!

Best carpet and tile cleaner in town!! I have tried many other larger companies but was always disappointed in their work. No more shopping around. These guys are the best!

Shady bait and switch special advertising $87 for 3 rooms and a hall but then they do a shoddy job of measuring and don't subtract furniture from the square footage calculatiom and suddenly it's going to be about 3x that price. Technician was offensive... no woman, especially a working mom of 3 wants to be told how disgusting their carpets are and that they should just vacuum every day to prevent that. Seriously, I don't need your comments... just do your job. They did a decent job of the actual carpet cleaning so still gave them 3 stars, but I won't use them again.

I live in Arlington, Texas and my Senior mother lives in Amarillo. I spoke with the owner on the phone and 99.00 sounded ok but still seemed a little high but agreed. He went to clean her 2 bedroom home and ended up selling her other products ts that I asked another company after the fact and said she was taken advantage of. I was there over the weekend and he did a very sloppy job. She did call back and he told her to call back in a week. I will never use this company again. You took advantage of a senior citizen.

We recently recovered from the coronavirus and wanted to make sure our house was safe for our friends and family to visit. We called Allen's to see if they could disinfect our house. They came out the next morning to quote the job, and began work right away. It took them 2 hours to thoroughly disinfect our entire 2022 square foot house. They even did our garage and our main vehicle! They did a great job and we feel safe to have our friends and family back over! Thank You, Allen's!!

These guys did an amazing job and got out stains from the previous home owners that carpet tech couldn't get out and said were permanent. I also had them clean the tile in the kitchen and made a big difference. Super friendly owner and highly recommend them over the big guys in town!

I have seen for myself the satisfaction he brings to his customers, and the difference he can make with carpet that has been seriously soiled. I couldn't recommend a better service for carpet or tile cleaning!

My dog has had urinary tract trouble and she is a large dog which means large accidents she couldnt help. the owner came out to our home and was very proffesional and did a great job with cleaning the thick rugs.
most importantly the stains came out and my beautiful rugs passed the smell test! Thankyou very much!

Allen is the sweetest person! He and Doug came to repair my carpet in multiple rooms from high traffic and cats clawing it. It was a big job! They were in and out quickly and my carpet looks and smells great! You can not even tell it was repaired. The price was amazing due to the discount he gave me and the carpet cleaning with scotch guard made my house smell so good. No more pet odor over here! I highly recommend him for any job you have for him!

I had a flood in my home and I called Allen he showed loaded to the hilt sucked all the water out put like 30 carpet fans and like 10 dehumidifiers throughout my place fast professional fair priced for an emergency but ive used him to clean my carpets I highly recommend him his equipment is top of the line he is so professional he does cleanings, floods and repairs if you want quality work like it never happend call Allen

disappointed in the quality of service. Allens cleaned a sectional carpet for me and it made little to no difference. Dirt spots everywhere on carpet and underneath carpet had pooled dirt circles that were not professionally cleaned. I hand scrubbed sections of carpet and sent before and after pics to Allens and they couldn't notice a difference; although it was a night/day difference. Allens offered to return and re clean rug but I decided to do it myself since they were not able to clean it professionally the first time. Looks like they spot cleaned it, yet even that was not cleaned well.
