Had PP do plumbing repairs last fall. 5 star price and service, followed up with weekly service this year and can only give their crew a 5 star rating again with excellent service, notification of when the technician was to arrive (always on time) and they provide follow up photos and comments on status of chemicals etc. used a local competitor when I first moved to Amarillo 4 years ago, they (competitor) over charged and under performed. 5 stars for Prestigious Pools.

Branden came out to fix my hot tub today. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a nicer guy. He has a ton of knowledge and gave us some really great tips. He has won out business for life!

Multiple times they had to come back to reclean as it was done poorly the first time. We spoke with manager each time and yet, it continued to happen. Excuses were made regarding weather and pool filters, yet excuses don't replace doing quality work to begin with.

I have to say out hot tub is working better than when we got it. Something must have been wrong from the beginning. My wife is happy and we know how that goes. It actually had some mechanical issues he diagnosed it, ordered the parts. Was fast and such a nice person. So glad we found him to take care of us.

Branden and Sandy are wonderful people! The work they do is top notch and the best in the Panhandle. Nothing compares to the custom pools they design and build. They are Genesis certified designers which set them apart from everybody. You know you get quality work!

They drained our pool, pressure washed it with a chemical. Tiles fell off. They took our Tiles to see if they could find some extra matching ones. They never returned the ones that they have. Whatever they used to wash the granite caused bacteria and alge on the base. We have had this pool for over 8 years and NEVER had black alge in the pool. We have scrubbed vigorously and still have some left. I have called 2 times, regarding service and pool cleaning. Never have they followed up. They seemed professional in the beginning, but I would not recommend them ever to anyone.

Prestigious Pools did an outstanding job for me. They treated me like I was #1. They were great communicators, showed up when they said they would and didn’t make me feel like they were in a rush. I called several of the pool companies in town before I found them, and won’t be using anyone else from here on out. I would recommend them to my friends, family and work associates.

Prestigious Pools & Outdoor Living did a fabulous job on the installation of our pool. We checked with everyone in the area before we chose Prestigious. We were impressed with the level of service that we received from beginning design to the final education of how to use our new systems. I would recommend them to anyone!

Branden & his team are honest & their work is top-notch! I came across Prestigious Pools after getting fed up with former pool company quoting me once price & billing me nearly double the estimate ... every time. Branden took time to explain the process & pricing info. His guys promptly came to open the pool and made several tips until the pool was glistening. They stick to their prices - which is quite fair) regardless of how long it takes. I was intending on DIY maintenance but decided the cost was worth the peace of mind (especially with COVID) & preventing more $$$ issues later.

I've used several pool businesses for repair and maintaining our pool the past few years and had multiple issues. I can't even begin to tell you the amount of money that was wasted with these other companies, trying to fix our issues. Our issues have been resolved quickly and professionally since Prestigous Pools came into the picture!

They are always quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and repair things quickly and efficiently. They really know their stuff!!! I use their regular cleaning services and it is such a relief to not have to worry about chemicals and cleaning. 🎉 I love getting their pool reports and knowing exactly what's happening in my pool.

The guys that come to clean our pool each week are the greatest! They are always so nice and happy to help with any questions i have. They are very professional and we save so much money by having Prestige clean our pool every week! We can actually relax and have fun in our pool instead of cleaning it each week! I am so appreciative of these guys!

Prestigious has helped us out several times. Each time they have been prompt and have done a great job fixing our issues. We’re new to pool ownership and so can get a little stressed about it sometimes…Colton always responds to my texts and is always very helpful in explaining issues and just overall functionality of the pool/pool system. It’s reassuring knowing I can call Prestigious and feel comfortable & confident knowing the issue will get fixed. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I called Prestigious Pools after waiting for another pool company to follow up for 3 weeks. I had received a flyer from them and thought Im going to try them. They said they were busy but would work us in. The next day they came out listened to our problems, inspected the equipment and provided a quote for the work. They are very responsive and provide great service so far. I will update after the work is completed but feel they are doing great.

Prestigious Pools is absolutely the best! We were having trouble with our pool for the past few years, so much so, I was ready to fill in my pool. Until one day, I called them and asked for help and they were so nice and respectful, and they helped the very next day! I have since hired them to take care of my pool and I could not be happier! For the past few years, my pool has been nothing but stress, but since I’ve hired Prestigious Pools I can honestly say, I have not stressed about it once because I know it is in great hands!

We highly recommend Prestigious Pools! They are very honest and quoted us exactly upfront what the cost was. They showed up on time every day and cleaned up everyday. Brandon gave us the best ideas that were not extra cost. He has an eye for a timeless pool. His wife Sandy has a great eye for colors and finding the best color combos for our family. Anytime we asked a question, Brandon answered back quick. All of our equipment and supplies is top notch. Our build was 4 months. We had several rain delays but if the weather permitted they were there working. We give Prestigious Pools a 5 star on everything from start to finish!
