I had no Plumbing experience. But the drivers drive recklessly and almost smashed me and my three-year-old on the highway

Was tailgated by a truck called in to see if he was having a bad day, or in a hurry. The fellow acted like he did nothing wrong and hung up on me.

Almost just got ran off the road by them, very reckless drivers with no care for others on the roadways. They had the audacity to give me a dirty look for swerving into our lane.

I have used Eitzen plumbing services for years!! Highly recommend them!! They are so honest & affordable! Love them!!

We had this guy give us a proposal to install an amalgam separator. He quoted us $2,100 for a job all other plumbers quoted $750 to complete. He called the office to check on his proposal. When they told him we found someone to complete the job for a lower price he filed a complaint with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners stating the plumber did not pull a permit for the job.
To make the story short.
He tried to rip us off, when we didn’t take the bait he got mad and filed a false complaint with the state.

Eitzen plumbing used to be an affordable, honest, company. The last two times I used them though, the rates more than trippled!! They spent 30 minutes at my home and charged $150 - all labor. The two sons are very good, but the dad is a major JackASS!!

I had Paul Eitzen of Eitzen Plumbing come do some work at my house. I could not be happier with the level of service. Paul is an awesome guy with the large amount of experience. Paul was easy to get ahold of and exceeded our expectations.

They did a same-day install on a hot water heater (I think I may have lucked-out with their availability but they were rather communicative and told me that if they couldn't do same-day, they could do next business day). The gentleman who did the install tells me he had 50+ years experience as a plumber and this was reassuring to have someone like that doing the job.

Our water heater went out and after some research I had a good idea of the cost. I called almost every company in town and most wouldn’t even give a quote without charging $70 to come out. The one company that did was over twice what I’d researched and those that provided a quote weren’t any better.

Aaron was recommended by a friend and lived up to his reputation. He gave me a quote over the phone, showed up a day before he thought he would, put in a larger tank expected, and was literally less than half the price of every other company in town. I won’t go anywhere else.

Aaron’s Plumbing just finished a job for us, and we highly recommend their services. They are great to work with and highly competent. We will call Aaron every time for future plumbing issues!

These guys are by far the best in the business. They came out in a timely manner, got the job done quick and precise and on top of that they were the most kind and respectful people. They’ll have my business every day of the week. Keep up the great work ! Thanks Aaron !

I moved here a week ago, plumbing issue right away. Called a different company and they told me they couldn't fix the drain without repiping. Some of what I was being told made no sense since they didn't camera the line. Called Aaron's, he came looked at the situation, had it fixed in an hour!!!! He will be my go to plumber!!!!!

We live 700 miles from Amarillo where my elderly mother lives. I reached out to my Uncle who was a City of Amarillo plumbing inspector for over 15 years and a private inspector for an additional 20 years. He recommended Aaron as the person he would trust to do any plumbing work "the right way".

We set-up an appointment prior to a trip to visit my mother. The crew arrived on time they were professional and knowledgable on various plumbing solutions/options. We had a somewhat difficult installation which I had communicated to Aaron in advance and Aaron made sure they had the right skills on site.

His team was efficient and completed the work in far less time than I had anticipated, done right. The billing was exactly as verbally quoted. Aaron also helped coordinate and act as a middleman with the city inspectors for us.

Communication was exceptional. Throughout the process anytime I had a question, Aaron responded back to me in minutes, not hours or days.

I would highly recommend Aaron and his crew for your plumbing needs. Note, his plumbing work is well known by word of mouth in the Amarillo area and he books out several days ahead.

Aaron gave me a bid on a project, then when his employee started the project the employee said that it would cost me 800.00 more because Aaron apparently unintentionally made a mistake on the project bid. Arron never called to explain or apologize for his mistake. His crew did an awesome job and left the area clean. Just disappointed .

If you are in search of plumbing service look no more. If I could rate Aaron and his staff a 10 star I would. He is so professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Answers your questions and patient. Always stays in communication with you. He will be my go to for my plumbing needs. I would recommend him to anyone in need. Thank you 🙏

Wow... Just Wow... Aaron's is Amazing!!!
I am a small business owner and we had a sewage blockage on Thursday. I called an alternate plumber (because Aaron's was busy) and they came out on Friday morning. They tried to clean out the blockage all day. The blockage tied up their snake and it took forever to pull it back out. When they tried again, same result and they said they'd have to bust concrete to dig out the blockage. So now I'm having heart palpitations, and I told them no. I called Aaron's again to find out, if they could either help me or give me another option. Aaron said to be calm and they would fit me in on Monday morning. So I closed my business over the weekend, because we had no bathrooms, and waited for Aaron's Plumbing to fit us into their schedule. Aaron personally came out first thing Monday morning and cleared the blockage within an hour! Everything is working now and Aaron is a life saver. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and his employees. God Bless them! And whenever you need a plumber, I don't just recommend them, I'm telling you to only call them!
