Consumers beware - Ingram & Sons Plumbing contracted our company to repair irrigation lines damaged by their employees during sewer line services to one of our valued clients. This work was completed by our company over 6 months ago for an agreed upon price over $1,000.00. This company refuses to answer our phone calls to discuss the invoice or pay for the work they agreed to.

Use serious caution around this group, they are unprofessional and do not pay their bills!

The Ingrams didn't hesitate to come right away when we called them on a Sunday afternoon. They were very kind and understanding of our urgency of a gas leak. They worked into the evening and came back the next day and also took care of calling Atmos for us. The work that did was superior and we will definitely call them should we have any more problems.

Friendly company but we used them for 2 different jobs and there were 3 issues in total with their work. They also overcharged us from their initial quote and made mistakes. Won’t be using again.

Tony is the most professional plumber I have ever used. He did a fantastic job!! Definitely will be calling Dependable for all my plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater recently went out and our home insurance hooked us up with Ddx plumbing these guys are so incredibly awesome we had a little trouble with our home insurance Paul and the rest of the people at Ddx took it on their own to go get us a hot water heater and came out and put it in they're the best if you find yourself in with plumbing problems call them they will take care of all your needs thanks Paul

Seth Gonzales showed up on time, completed the work quickly and professionally, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

We've used Dependable everytime we've had a plumbing issue or needed a home inspection. They are always very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. They are reasonable with their cost and quality work.

We have been using Dependable Plumbing for many years and so has my mother. We love them because they are honest, very skillful, and kind. But when Atmos Energy recently changed our gas meter and would not turn the gas back on until a plumber checked our system for leaks, Dependable Plumbing was not immediately available. It was cold, and my husband and I wanted the gas turned on as soon as possible so that we could use our furnace, so we consulted with another plumber. He did a test for $300 and told me that we had leaks both in the line that runs from our house to the alley and throughout our home. He explained that it would be necessary to dig up our backyard and replace every gas line for $9000. We opted instead to deal with the cold house, purchase electric space heaters, and wait until we could consult with Dependable Plumbing. When Dependable Plumbing tested our gas lines, they found no leaks in the line that runs from the house to the alley or anywhere else throughout our home. We were so grateful. In addition, they were willing to speak with the technician from Atmos Energy. He found no leaks and turned our gas on. Dependable Plumbing then returned to light pilot lights. It is a blessing to find a company that practices integrity. We don’t intend to consult with any other plumber ever again.

Paul with DDX was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He got our hot water heater replaced and everything worked great!

I will never use another plumbing company again as long as I live in Amarillo! They go above and beyond the call of duty! I had a major incident because I ordered a sink and faucet set from Home Depot and the faucet was broken. They had already installed the sink! After 3 weeks with no water in my kitchen, I finally got my faucet in and they came as soon as they could, installed it and gave me a super price! I was so frustrated(not their fault) I kind of went off on the receptionist so if she gets this I'm very sorry! She was extremely friendly and diffused the bomb! Thanks again dependable plumbing for being an upstanding company!

We were told by a different plumber that a company had cross-bored our sewer line. We worked for weeks to find the utility service responsible, and were about to spend big bucks to dig it up ourselves when we talked to Aaron. He came out, did some looking and advised a more conservative course. As it turned out, he cleared the line, ran a camera, and found that the orange “line” the original plumber had seen on his camera was the bottom of the city sewer line. Aaron saved us big time from about $20k, and a huge hole in the alley that would have revealed no problem.

I’ll likely only used Aaron for plumbing problems again. Family business, thorough and friendly. His prices were better than the other guys we checked also!

Max and Kyler were great. They were very professional and polite. Explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

We have now had the folks from Dependable out to our place four times, and every time we have been so impressed. They are kind, they are available, they are transparent, and they are very fair on their prices. I am honestly so grateful for these guys. Blessings, would reccomend.

This wonderful, family run business is excellent in every way. They are reasonable, kind, efficient and honest. It's a perfect combination! Our family has used them for years. If you have a real emergency they try to move you up on the work list, but even if you have to wait, it's always worth it! My sister was saved a huge & unnecessary expense when she got a second quote from them. She won't use anyone else!
