I've used Dependable Plumbing four times in the last year. They've always been on time or earlier than they said they'd be. They've given me reasonably close estimates for the work, charged a fair price and on the one occasion I had a small issue with a repair that needed to be corrected they sent someone to fix it promptly.

Seth and Aaron are amazing individuals and plumbers. They went over and beyond my expectations in assisting me with a second opinion, and so much more. They helped us locate the ATT construction company that drilled in our alley to install cable lines and broke our sewage in the process. They answered tens of calls from me regardless of how often or when, and were extremely courteous, helpful, and very experienced and knowledgeable. They ran their camera through my line, worked diligently on assisting me with my issue with ATT and placed my well being way ahead of their profits. They have made a loyal customer of myself, they will always be the people I call for any future plumbing issue! I strongly recommend you give them a try, they’re simply amazing, and they helped remind me that there are still good people in our world. Thank you gentlemen for all you’ve done to help us with our problem!

DDX did a great job on our home leak. They went above and beyond to make sure our home is doing well. They came out the day after Thanksgiving. We really appreciated it!

We so appreciate these guys. They stand true to their name. They are always dependable. It's not hard to get an appt, they show up on time, they are always careful not to be messy, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. But most importantly, they know what they're doing and they are fair with their pricing.

Davin and Max were very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained to me what route I could take to solve my problems with my water leak. I never heard any foul language from either of them, and I like employee's to be clean talking and not be using curse words. I believe that the work they will be performing will be taken care of properly, and as of this time,I would highly recommend this company. I give this business 5 out of 5 stars.

Everyone expects their home warranty to cover everything, however that is not so. DDX did the initial inspection and said home warranty would only cover so much. They did everything that was expected of them. Everything turned out good, and they did a wonderful job. Fixed my needs and got me up and running.

We had a hot water line break under our slab. Davin from Dependable Plumbing came out and explained the repair process and I agreed to let them do the repairs. The workers were very respectful, clean, and Davin consulted me on every aspect of the repair process. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up after the end of each day! I would highly recommend Dependable Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We’ve used them before and if I ever need a plumber again, they will be my first call!

Hands down the best plumbing company in town. Gave me a straight price for snaking my main drain over the phone, no bs gimmicks or surprise charges. They showed up and got the job done quickly. I will never use another company for my plumbing needs.

Their customer service is on point !! From the lady who answers the phone, to the technicians who came out they were all great. I unfortunately have had to deal with home warranty claims for my plumbing and after using several other plumbers who were either rude about it or impatient I decided to give someone else a try. I'm on a "mom fb page" and searched for plumbers and Dependable plumbing was highly recommended so I gave them a shot. I am extremely glad I did. They were so nice and not overpriced. I will 100% be using them from here on out, and recommending them to anyone that needs it. Thank you for not giving me anxiety for once having to deal with plumbing issues !

My wife and I have used Dependable Plumbing several times for jobs small and large, and out of all the plumbing companies we have used they are heads above the rest in friendly knowledgeable staff, fair prices and super quality work. Today they proved it again, it seems that all of their employees are very skilled at their craft and every time they make a service call I make new friends. I highly recommend them and I recommend them to my family! Keep doing what you do!

I had a tub diverter go out on my tub. I attempted to replace it with a generic tub spout from Lowe’s. All the spouts at Lowe’s didn’t seem to fit my tub pipe at home. I called Danika at Dependable to get a plumber out to help. Not even a full hour later, Seth called to assess the situation. He had me send some pictures to help him better understand the issues. He told me to go get a specific brand tub faucet (delta) that would fit vs a generic one. He said if you can do it on your own it will save you time and money. I gave it a shot and of course it worked. Definitely recommend and obviously even though they didn’t come to my house, they still helped repair the problem. I owe Seth lunch for sure.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seth and his crew. They were very professional and courteous. Seth explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. We felt like the price that we paid for the amount of work they did to get our plumbing issue fixed was very reasonable. Having plumbing issues are never fun but thankfully we found a company that we can trust to take care of them.

I love these guys the name says it all dependable. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to give you the highest quality of service. I’ve been doing business with these guys as a general contractor for years now and have never even had so much has had a small problem, quality work, good people great business.

We are very happy with the work that Davin and his crew did. Did not take longer than he said it would and did not cost more. They cleaned up and left my yard in good shape considering the hole they had to dig. Devin was very polite and courteous. We will use them next time we have a problem.

These guys are awesome and so friendly and true to their word. They gave me a quote for a new sewer line and mentioned that it would probably need a pump-station and could possibly take 2 to 3 days. Once the digging was done they informed me that a pump-station wasn't necessary after all and the job was completed in a day. I would recommend Dependable Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber... definitely trustworthy!

Was very impressed with the plumbers that came to work on my issue, they were very fast, and polite, and explained everything to me, they were very efficient and charged me below what was the normal. I never give reviews but am so thankful for what a great service they did. The receptionist was so very nice and did a call back later to check. Thank u Seth and Seth Jr. Will definitely use Dependable Plumbing again if needed in the future.
