I called them out for a second opinion in regards to a sewer issue. Reliable, courteous and honest. I would call them again.

The best in town!! Hands down! We called them Monday morning for a clog that came up over the weekend. Said they'd get to us the next day....easy peasy! Got a call around noon that they could be there in 20 minutes! Heck yeah! They got there in 15 and were finished in 30! Price was great and the service was amazing!! The two techs were Max and Charlie. Those boys need a raise! Super respectful, very kind, and explained everything in great detail! This is why we won't use another company! They've spoiled us over the years!

My landlord had these guys come out and fix our plumbing. He snaked the clean out line and got it flowing but it wasn't normal. Today we start having the same issues,so I go outside and the guys BROKE the clean out port and dirt and dibre have just been falling into the line!
Now my family can't use the toilet or shower. I don't want to hurt anyone's business but I definitely don't appreciate this and I don't want anyone else to experience it,be cautious with these guys.

Tim and Charlie showed up on time and was well equipped to replace two of my pop up assemblys in my bathroom and removed my garbage disposal. They also snaked out a drain as well. And did a fantastic job on cleanup.

Excellent! I had to wait a couple days after the “other guy” broke my stuff and ran away without fessing up, but it was worth the wait. Tony and Brad showed up when they said they would, found quick effective solutions to my problem, and executed their plan like a well oiled pit crew. Another crew happened to be in the neighborhood and swung by to see if they could assist. How cool is that? My water was back on in no time, and Tony walked through my long-term remodel ideas with me and gave great input. I threw he and Brad a little extra cash as an early “Merry Christmas” thank you, but they flipped the script on me and gave me a military / veteran discount instead. Truly humbled. These guys are tops! I’m looking forward to working with Dependable Plumbing again whenever I am in need of some help.

4.5 out of 5 cuz no one is perfect. Tim and Brad were professional, efficient, and personable. We had a whole list of projects that they accomplished in a reasonable time frame. This is the second time hiring Dependable Plumbing and you can bet your best boots we will have them back next time.

I was given a 15 minute window for when plumbers would arrive and they arrived as scheduled. A big plus in my opinion. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and quoted a reasonable price for the work. Repair was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Potential problems areas to watch out for were explained and they left the area as neater or neater than when they arrived. Will not hesitate to call again for future work.

If you need a plumber you can trust in Amarillo, look no further than Joe The Plumber. I've had two visits in the past two weeks and was blown away by customer service/guidance that Wil, Austin, Michael and Swayze provided on those two visits.

Both visits, all four employees shared the common trait: THEY LISTENED TO ME! Other plumbers I have worked with hear the request and respond with an upsell proposal that wasn't close to what I wanted.

All four guys we're understanding my requests, provided their suggestions to get the job done, did it quick/did it correct and were very affordable overall! Not to mention also incredibly courteous and polite.

No one ever wants to call the plumber, but when you do need one I assure you: start with the team at Joe's! You won't be disappointed.

They did a great job installing a water heater fixing g a bathroom sink and toilet. They cleaned up after themselves and were courtesy and very prompt. 5 thumbs up

Joe's team, from top to bottom, are the most accomplished plumbing pros we have used. Heather is professional, yet completely personable, manning the calls and handling the scheduling. In this last instance of using JTP, we had backed up on one side of the house. They understood that our washing machine and dishwasher were very limited and were considerate to place us high on their list. Within 24 hours, JTP had crew at our home to scope the issue. They found collapsed pipe and made their plan. While doing so, they accessed our second line to the city that we had recently redone and found that this second line had come apart at the drop to the city. So, they added this repair into their estimate and gave us a timeline for the fixes. In two days, JTP - with Joe himself running the backhoe, had handled city needs, dug the holes, run the pipe, and had the first line brand new again, and the second line fully repaired and better than the previous plumber had left it. Ends up they held to their projected cost and blew away their time estimate. I will recommend Joe The Plumber to anyone needing plumbing. Joe and Heather, and their crew, are solid pros.

Joe and Bryan are the best. We had a sinking house , they came and got our plumbing up to speed. Professional and friendly and did a great job. Also removed the bathtub!!
They returned at a later time to plumb our new shower. I would not hesitate to call if I have the need. We recommend Joe to friends knowing a great job will be done.

Came out and installed an isolation valve in my back yard. Mykal and his associate completed the work on time, was very neat about not tearing up my yard, and the price was very reasonable. Very pleased with work.

After having a previous plumber that our warranty company had sent to our home 3 times because of a sewage smell that overwhelmed our house and not resolved the smell or given us a logical reason for the problem, we contacted Joe the plumber and his team Josu and Dustin did an awesome job figuring out the issue. Highly recommend you give these guys a call for any plumbing need. Great service!

I do not recommend joe the plumber for any plumbing services. Zero stars for this company!

I had an appt to replace an outdoor faucet. On the day of service they never showed up. I called them on the same day and left voicemail to give me a call with an ETA and they never returned my call. The day after the scheduled appointment I called again and left a voicemail to give me a call. They never showed up or returned my call. If you need reliable plumbing services I recommend A-Brothers plumbing. I called them and they were out the very next day and replaced my faucet.

I spoke with Heather on the phone and she was incredibly helpful and understanding. She got Damon and Rocky to come right out to help me! I'd been dealing with a warranty company for a week and was fed up with their service. These guys really explained what was going on and were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Turned my March Madness into Gladness!!!
I live in an old house and was upgrading my kitchen sink fixture. When a 30 minute upgrade turned into March madness when the hot water valve I was replacing snapped off. One call to Joe the Plumber and John and Jose came in on a fast break, repaired my mess up, gave me a quote on repiping my house and boom SLAM DUNK, SCORE!! These guys did a great job so if you are on the fence about using Joe the Plumber , just do it! These guys are pros and I am always pleased with their work. So guess who's going to repipe my old house? It's a slam dunk Joe the Plumber!

Great service at a reasonable price. They had to break out the brick on my house to repair the faucet. After repairing the faucet did a great job repairing the brick and cleaned up all the mess. I mentioned a faucet in the house that had low pressure and after doing what he was hired to do he fixed my faucet free of charge. Great customer service. Something that is getting more rare all the time. I will use them again and will ask for Damon!
