My toilet was draining slowly so we called Mr. Rooter and they were able to get a plumber out to us the same day. I appreciated how our technician made sure to properly investigate and diagnose the problem, even though it took a several flushes and running the tub to address the slow draining. He took a look at our outdoor pipes and the team ran a 105 foot line to try and clear out the clogging. Turns out, it was built-up clogging in the city sewer, so they recommended we call the city. Even though they couldn’t solve the clog, because it was outside their control, they gave us a helpful solution. I called the city and they were able to clear the sewage drain!

Kitchen faucet replacement turned into a problem, but Ricky was patient and smart and got it done. Appreciate the work!

From my first call to Amy at Mr. Rooter to Garret, the technician, taking the time to listen to everything I needed, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Garret listened as we walked through the house and I explained the problems I wanted to fix and then sat down with me to explain the costs and how long it would take. Working with my budget in mind, he did everything he promised to do, talking things through with me as he finished each task. Very convenient being that we were out of town. Scheduled an appointment for the next day and gave us a courtesy call before they sent someone out to our home. Highly recommend! Trent came out and was able to fix our plumbing issue. They were available the day after we called for an appointment and this issue was fixed in a couple hours. Pricing was also very reasonable. Will use them again in the future.

They answered the phone when I called. No having someone to call back and never do. No making excuses for not calling or showing up when appointment has been scheduled. They had someone come right out (Garrett). He was so kind and knowledgeable. Had to work a little to get drain cleaned, but he was the first one ever to tell me there were roots in line. Work was done quickly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself. Bathtub looked a whole lot better than it did before he came. I will recommend using them and will use them again whenever something comes up.
