I have never experienced such great care from a plumber. He explained "the science" of how the AC drain and washing machine drain share an overflow. He offered suggestions for ongoing maintenance. He checked the other drains! He asked if there was anything else that he could help me with! He tolerated my Maltese, IYKYK. Thank you, Karter! God Bless you!

I had a plumbing issue on New Year's Eve and called Mr. Rooter and they came out the day after New Year's. They identified the problem and I filed a claim on my insurance and it has been been addressed and taken care of. I'm now waiting to receive a settlement check from my insurance. There was a lot more involved than just repairing the leak. It had been leaking a long time and had done damage outside that.

I had a very unusual item that was blocking the toilet. Albert and Jason listened as explained my problem. They were very professional and explained how they would solve the problem. These 2 men are gentlemen and friendly. If I have any other problems I will request this wonderful team again.

Albert and Preston came and set up and after digging the frozen ice off the clean out. They were quick and helpful in chatting with them. They snaked the line where the problem was and got things moving again they were quick and professional

Karter was my tech today. He was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had very good communication skills. He had to get on my roof to clean my drain and it did not take long at all. After he finished, he explained to me options to cleaning the drain further by using water jetting to clear out the sludge build up. My drain is working great and I am very pleased. Thanks Karter and thanks Mr. Rooter.

Showed up on time and did a complete gas line re-piping of the house. Made us aware of the steps that would be taken and followed through in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is amazing! I had been dealing with my plumbing issue for several weeks and when I finally broke down and started calling around for quotes, Bobbi was so kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my millions of questions and looked for the best prices for what I needed. She even called me before sending Garret out to make sure it was a good time, and the excellence didn’t end there! Garret was the technician that came out and he too was very professional, patient and kind! He answered every question I had & you could see he knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed my issue in a very short time and even wiped out my sinks and cleaned up the gunk from the drains being backed up. They both went above & beyond what I expected and truly helped me with a stressful situation. It was such a weight off my shoulders, thank you both so much! 🥹
