May's plumbing is who our home warranty company uses and my 50 gallon water heater went out. So, once the tech finally got ok from home warranty these two guys were amazing. Very professional and quick changing water heater!

We used Route 66 plumbing for a little over 2 years and had no issues with this company until recently. Recently, we called Route 66 plumbing for a washer/kitchen plumbing issue we were having. The plumber came by, and was able to fix the issue we were having temporarily. After having that issue resolved, a camera inspection was performed and recommended that our pipes underneath our house would need to be replaced eventually due to the age of the pipes and the problems we were experiencing. We asked if a few quotes could be provided to us to see what would be the best option. After going over the quotes, we decided the quote that was provided to replace the pipes underneath our whole home was fairly reasonable and wanted to move forward with that job. The plumber came by and was reviewing everything before the job started. After reviewing, the plumber stated that the bid/estimate that we approved to replace the pipes underneath our home was not accurate. We provided proof, and we were told that was not accurate and would be more than what was originally quoted. We decided to not move forward with this job and we're extremely disappointed on how this was handled. We felt the company was not upfront with their pricing and felt like it could have been handled better.

I called late morning and they fit me right and got to us ahead of schedule! The technician Landry was very professional and and answered all of my questions. Price was affordable! We will be returning!
We actually returned again later this evening and the same technician came out and got us squared away! Truly blessed for their quick reaction and response time! We will be returning just hopefully not as fast!

I called Route 66 plumbing at noon and within 30 minutes they had Jacob come out to service us. He was very polite and very helpful with everything and explained all our options prior to work.. He continued to give us updates throughout his work and ended up fixing our problem

Jacob Tobias, was the plumber. He was nice and did job well. Only complaint is, seemed like the price was too high.

I was very pleased with the communication and promptness of the plumber who arrived at my job. He was friendly, polite, and professional. I had three jobs lined up and he addressed each one. Although one required extra parts to complete, he was able to call an associate to deliver the parts while he finished the other jobs. I would be happy to recommend Route 66 Plumbing.

We called Route 66 Plumbing regarding an issue with our backyard spicket. They had Jacob Tobias out to our home within 15 minutes. He had to do some extensive work to cut into our drywall to get to the pipe and worked diligently to complete the replacement of some piping and put a new spicket and hose attachment on for us. The actual price came in several hundred less than originally quoted. He cleaned up everything and we were highly impressed with his professionalism and want to say that Jacob did an excellent job and we would highly recommend him and this company!!

Horrible customer service! Took the whole day off to wait for the tech and no one had the decency to call all give me a status they were late or when the tech would show. Tech never showed up! Ive done in field service all my life and never treated a customer like that. Just rude.
