Great job! Called about 6 p.m. 30 minutes later they were knocking on my door. Was able to fix it before 9:30 p.m. Would recommend without question. Rylan was very courteous and great at his job. Would highly recommend 👌

We had a leak and needed to replace the water heater. Landry from Route 66 Plumbing arrived quickly on a Sunday, assessed the problem, and had it fixed in a matter of hours. He reviewed all areas that may be affected and explained the reasoning and each step of the process while he was working. He also provided tips and recommendations and showed me how to maintain the new water heater. I felt comfortable and was also able to learn. I highly recommend their services!

We had a plumbing need on a Saturday and the person we normally use was not available. I came across Route 66 Plumbing through Google and it said they were open. I called and immediately got in touch with a person who said they would put us next on the list. My initial call was around 2:00 and by 3:20 we had a plumber on the way to our house. Jacob Tobias was our technician and he was respectful, polite, honest, and hard working. He fully explained our options and the cost for each one. He took great care of us and showed true integrity! We will definitely be using Route 66 Plumbing and Jacob going forward with our plumbing needs!

This man (Nat) rocks. The whole experience was amazing from Julie who answered the phone to getting it scheduled STAT and I loved the text with a picture of the worker who was coming to the knock at the door to Nat’s side kick (Bayley). I just can’t say enough about how amazing this Company is all the way through. They ROCK….Thank you so much… this is what they had to deal with. I was very happy that I was able to get same day service, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the technician, Rylan Kerce. It was obvious that he is very good at what he does and enjoys his work. He explained everything as he went and answered all the questions I had. When the job was completed, everything was clean, and I was confident with the job he performed, and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend Route 66 and Rylan Kerce for any plumbing problems anyone may have.

Unsatisfied!!! Came three times didn’t resolve our issue and kept trying to to sell us services we weren’t inquiring. Still have the issue…. I bought my own snake off amazon and will be helping people snake drains for free before I try to hustle them. Would not recommend. Older folks and women beware!!

Jacob and his associate (forgot his name) were very professional and kept us informed thru-out entire process. They were needed for two days and they arrived promptly as scheduled.

The service techs were very knowledgeable and courteous. My only concern, is how you justify, an estimate of over $900.00 for 2 parts and maybe two hrs labor.

Our toilet and shower wasn't draining and we needed a plumber fast on a Sunday afternoon. We called and they sent their guy Jacob out within a few hours. He was really professional and cleared the blockage. It cost us a little under $600. Can you find a cheaper plumber in Amarillo? Probably. Can you find a better plumber in Amarillo for the price? I don't reckon you can.
