I had a clogged bathtub drain and called another company out to take care of it. Over $400 later they told me that they were going to have to start digging up the pipe to find the trap and replace it and that it would possibly involve tearing out the bathtub. They said this would be in the $3,000 - $5,000 range. Before they came out to begin the digging work, I called and canceled the appointment.

I then called Pratt Plumbing. Gary was very knowledgeable and was willing to spend a few minutes on the phone with me educating me about the problem that I had. He recommended that Kiel come out to try to clear the drain. Kiel, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, came out and he literally cleared the drain in less than 2 minutes. Pratt Plumbing and Kiel literally saved me thousands of dollars.

If you want a company that actually understands what providing a service is, and is in it for the long haul, call Pratt Plumbing. If you want a company that operates to turn as much of a profit as possible, customers be damned, take your chances on another company.

John was our service professional. He explained everything that he was going to work on in my office before he started. He went over the potential costs of what he felt like needed to be done and asked my permission to get started. Despite how little you actually want to have plumbers in your house, the guys from Pratt make it as enjoyable as possible. The communication and encouragement throughout a big job made the minor inconvenience worth it. German especially was such a great communicator and worker. I would use Pratt for every job big or small.

Micheal was my technician and was very kind, professional, thorough, and he even changed his shoes before entering my house! I really appreciate Pratt Plumbing take care of me in a timely manner. Mark Watkins helped us with a water heater leak. He was professional and patient with our questions. We felt his work was competent and efficient. He made recommendations for improvements too. We felt more confident dealing with Mark than other plumbers we've tried before.

Our water heater started leaking (19 years old) and needed to get it handled before the busy holiday. We called around to our regular plumber and company. Either a no call back or they refused to give us an estimate. Gary's Heating and Air recommended Pratt Plumbing as a reliable plumbing company. Calling Pratt had a service pro, John, at our door that morning. They provided an estimate and he even brought the right water heater with him. John was very courteous, clean, and thorough. He explained all that needed to be done and went right to work.

He came in right on the estimate and explained everything he had done and went through the operation of the new water heater. Pratt Plumbing has become our new plumber and hope all of their service pros are as good as John.

Damon was very prompt, the office called and told me when he was on his way to my mother-in-law's house so I didn't have to just sit and wait for him. That was very nice! He gave me an honest estimate and did the work very well. Would use them again, we've been doing business with Pratt for many many years.

Pratt has been our plumber of choice for several years. Today, we had a pin hole in the copper tubing of our hot water circulating pump. German came and repaired it very quickly and efficiently. Michael did fast and thorough and fabulous work with a leak in our reverse osmosis system and a leaking toilet. German did excellent work with our new dryer vent. It was important to him how the vent functions and looks both inside and out. Great pricing/work and even better people.

Andrea did a good job keeping me informed and German was able to come sooner than expected. However when he was delayed on another project Mark ultimately made my repairs.
